Dr. Donn and the staff at word of mouth family dentistry are amazing! I have quite a bit of dental anxiety due to dental trauma at a young age, but they do their best to make everything as pain free and comfortable as possible. You can tell they are a great group of people who care about their patients not just from how they treat clients, but by how they treat each other and work together as a team. My family and I are so thankful we have such a caring dental practice in our neighborhood.

In an emergency situation he returned my phone call and fixed my tooth at an in-opportune time, with a smile on his face where I have called previous dentist providers after hours and not ever received a call back. My children and husband also go to Dr. Donn and he always makes them feel at home. The entire staff is amazing and I can assure you will be so glad you made the move!

I was looking for a dental hygienist here in the springs and walked in the right door this morning. From the time I walked in to Word of Mouth Dentistry to the time I left my appointment I just felt great. The staff was very welcoming and professional. As a new patient I just had a teeth cleaning and review. The teeth cleaning I received was by far the most comfortable teeth cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. When Dr. Don says welcome to the family he really means it. Very pleasant man and when I left, I felt as if we had just become friends and I could trust him with my dental work. Definitely recommend word of mouth!!

I have 'white coat' syndrome, meaning my blood pressure goes sky high around medical & especially, dental personnel. My husband received treatment here from Dr Donn & staff & his new set of partials that fit him amazingly, I might add! I was allowed to watch his whole process & loved how comfortable I felt in this scary environment ..Now, IT'S MY TURN for dental work I've put off for way too long. For the 1st time in my 65 years I can say my BP is normal going to THIS dentist. My experience with Word of Mouth Dentistry goes way beyond appreciation for these professionals! They are truely the most kindest & caring staff I have ever known. I'm still in the process, but I too, needed a new partial & upper plate, old ones 16 yrs old, along with alot TLC for the teeth left. Believe me, when I say, "I am ecstatic with my results!" This team goes beyond the norm to treat their patients. Their meticulous focus on detail for each one of us is what sets this dental 'family' apart. Oh, my new plate & partial...Not only do they look beautiful & REAL, the fit is perfect!! A few minor adjustments when I received them & beautiful new smile! 2 sets of partials/plate from this dentist for both of us & both sets fit like we were born with them! Dr. Donn, Suzy, and staff were all so comforting and welcoming. Even making the appointment over the phone was a breeze; the secretary was so helpful and kind. My child (12) felt at ease and actually enjoyed her cleaning and exam. They complimented her on her brushing habits and she’s totally excited to go back for the next step and is also enthusiastic about the orthodontist referral after speaking with Dr. Donn.
