I received an excellent cleaning service and afterwards stopped in to ask questions about a recommended dental procedure and additional services. The office person told me she would speak with Dr. Lacey and call me back. I didn't receive a response to what I thought were fairly simple questions for over 30 days and I had to call back to get a response. Even then, the front office response was incomplete. I was very disappointed in the lack of response from the front office.

I had a molar extracted that had been infected. It had been years since I had a tooth pulled. Dr. Lacey and his assistant did an amazing job. It took an hour. I had no pain during or after, even days after. They are an great team. In fact his entire office staff is amazing. I have already referred them to a friend of mine.
