I have always had terrible anxiety going to the dentist due to previous bad experiences with pain, discomfort, etc. Vail Dentistry has given me the most pain-free dental experience I have ever ever had in my life! And they did two fillings and pulling a tooth in under an hour! These guys are incredible! They are all very caring warm and gentle people who truly do everything they can to make their patients feel comfortable!!

I was in town on vacation and a 6 year old veneer came out while I was eating. I walked in with the veneer and it was as if I walked into my familial living room that just happened to be full of oral health professionals. They immediately got me in and taken care of like family. Painless and seamless repair. As you can imagine, being in that position could’ve absolutely ruined my time in vail, but Dr. Twiss made sure I was back on the slopes with an intact smile. Nobody wants to have to go to the dentist but should the need arise, pray you are in the vicinity of these professionals.

The dentist is not top of my list of places to visit, but the staff at Vail Dentistry was awesome. From the moment I walked in, the gal at the front desk had a genuine, welcoming smile to ease any anxieties. The hygienist (Laura) was filling in for someone on maternity leave, but I wish she was always there! She was gentle with the cleaning and full of knowledge to let me know more about gum disease. Dr. Haerter was laid back and personable and discussed options from the most ideal tactic to the least intrusive. Overall, better experience than I could have hoped for going to the dentist!

I cannot possibly say all the wonderful things about Vail Dentistry. I had an emergency dental issue and traveled from Florida and had to find a dentist as I couldn't deal with the pain any longer. I called Vail Dentistry and they got me in immediately.
My husband and I arrived early to complete the paperwork and was greeted by Coleen at the front desk. She was so pleasant and efficient and got me into the chair immediately. Ashley examined the bridge in the lower part of my jaw and knew I needed immediate attention for relief from from the pain. She was very sweet and empathetic. She then left and had Dr. Twiss come in, who was very friendly, and he examined me and told me the bridge needed to come out and be adjusted. This was no small task. We had to determine when they could fit me in for the process but he was very concerned about the amount of damage that had been done. He left to check his schedule and I was immediately brought to another room where he told me he was going to complete the the bridge work adjustment in between other appointments. The task was involved but the process went so smoothly with the assistance of Ashley and Yessi. I needed to have a prescription filled and they quickly sent it over and followed up a few times to ensure I would be able to pick it up that day!
Vail Dentistry is the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was professional and caring. The office is immaculate and has a great friendly atmosphere.
I can't thank Dr. Twiss and his staff enough for the wonderful attention and professionalism. Without their care I could have suffered weeks until I returned to my dentist.
