Broke a tooth and really need to get in somewhere. Called when they opened and got right in. They were super patient as i tried to figure out what my options were and when to get things done. Even had one of their billing people check to see how much my insurance would pay before i decided anything. Best of all, no shaming for not being to a dentist is a very, very long time.

This is a great place! I have never came across a dental office as nice as this place! From reception to the providers themselves went above and beyond my expectations! I save over $200 just by them suggesting this dental plan they have. Seriously, what kind of company wants you to save money!? This one right here! Major kudos!

To start with Ruby Canyon deleted my wife's appointment, and I'm sure you failed to submit the next appointment. I already received a confirmation for January. Karen has not.

This is my second year with Dr. Derek and Whitney, who is my hygienist. I love my experiences because I am very well taken care of. If I have any issues, Whitney lets the Dr. know and I get on their schedule to fix the problem. Whitney does a great job and I always look forward to my next six month cleaning.

The staff was friendly and great as usual. I did recently have some work done on two of my front teeth and during the filling the process, they allowed blood to run into the setting epoxy material and the blood stained the filling. It's a terrible finished work, looks like there's coffee stain on the teeth and they were just refinished. =[ This is my second not so good experience with the procedures and the final product that comes out of this office. I wish them well here at Ruby Canyon Dental, but I will be taking my teeth and mouth to someone who addresses my health concerns and knows how to clean finished work on teeth.
