Let me say I don't particularly like the dentist!! The staff here are freaking Awesome!! I had an extraction..didn't feel no pain and very little pressure..Unique (I hope I didn't butcher your name) WAS AMAZING! She must have sensed my anxiety and made sure the procedure was comfortable as possible...My dentist sorry I was so afraid to look I didn't catch his name..but HE WAS SUPERB!! Thanks for such a nice experience!!

Dr. Shaun Chapman was extremely careful and caring. I fear the dentist but he made having a tooth pulled extremely easy. He made sure I was in a little pain as possible throughout the visit and took all my medical conditions into concern before during and after the procedure.

Husband went as a walk in. He was seen in 15 minutes! He has to return for dental work, but got a prescription for antibiotics. They are great!

Dentist takes Medicaid. Husband needed emergency filing restoration. Three hour wait for 25 min procedure and the dentist was incompetent redid the work 3 times. Appalled that dentist screwed up the filing. Incredibly unprofessional- traumatic multiple numbing shots.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sean. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything and provide a referral for further care to address jaw bone issues. The cleaning i received was thorough and gentle and the staff were friendly and proficient.

Just got a temporary crown on one of my molars and had a couple feelings redone due to my last dentist doing a terrible job. The employees here are so nice and welcoming! I don't feel like I'm being judged for how bad my teeth are and they always made sure I was comfortable! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is afraid of going back to the dentist after not going for a while.

I had been here before and wasn’t a fan. I had a dental emergency and they are the only dentists that take walk-ins. Well they ended up removing three bad teeth, dr. Chapman wasn’t too comforting as I was crying. I went home and was in immediate pain. I was told to take Tylenol since I can’t take Motrin. I was doing what I was told and taking so many Tylenol and still in pain. Called them and was told a dentist would call me back and didn’t. I called again stating I’m in a lot of pain. They sent an antibiotic which perplexes me because if it was infection the dentist would have sent me home with them in the first place. The hygienist was very nice though. Everything else has been horrible. They butcher your mouth and don’t listen when you say you’re hurting.

I've had extractions and dental work done by Dr. Rose and Dr Chapman...both awesome! Novacaine did not hurt, nothing hurt! Didn't even need pain meds after. These guys have taken my fear of dentists away! And the Hygenists are all so friendly and comforting!

I don't even want to give them 1 star! I went there OVER a year ago to get a crown. The dentist tried to push braces on me. I knew I needed a crown from a previous dentist telling me that. Then, I go in there and tried to get a crown. After trying to push braces on me AGAIN, he tells me I need a filling. I get the filling, but it's in the tooth in front, NOT the tooth that needed a crown. I went back, and asked for the crown, I asked how long it would take and was told it would be about an hour. I had NEVER gotten a crown done before and didn't know that I had to wait two weeks until the permanent crown came in. I was set to leave the country that same week for several months. I never had the permanent one put on by them and had to file a claim with my insurance AND have the crown done by another dentist. They still had the audacity to bill me for this tooth even after the claim was filed with my insurance. This is the worst dentist office in the city!

Excellent dental facility! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because a few dental assistants aren't as good as most, so you have to MAKE SURE you ask for a specific person. Matthew Chapman is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Best crown prep and finishing. Also, it is a well-organized office. Don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Costs are upfront, no surprises.
