Comfort Dental Pueblo South

I am new to Pueblo and needed to get a crown done, the staff and doctor were very professional. Kim was especially very warm hearted and made me feel at ease, not to mention her laugh is so contagious. I highly recommend!! Thank you!

If you decide to use these people and you sign the contract as a step parent you better make sure you and your significant other will be staying together. My soon to be ex-wife is keeping my step daughter away from me so I cant get her to her braces appointment. To cancel it out I have to pay $500. So on top of everything I have to pay for a divorce these people are going to be heartless and make me pay more. Its rude and inconsiderate so I will never be going here again and I would not suggest anyone else to use them. Horrible staff and morals.

My husband and I have both gone to Comfort Dental and we are very pleased with their services. I am not sure why they chose to take care of people with bad breath (including alcohol and smokers breath) - rotten teeth crying children and bad attitudes, but I for one am so glad that they did.

I had some bad experiences when I was growing up and have always been afraid to go to the dentist but the dentists that are at Comfort Dental on South Pueblo Blvd put you at ease and know what they are doing. For those who do get sent to a specialist for extractions or other services, or have to go on antibiotics before treatment can be completed....be thankful the doctors know what they are doing rather than trying it themselves and then you have not only a bad taste in your mouth but also a REALLY big mess in your mouth. Would you fix a car or operate on someone if that wasn't something you had a knowledge of or is your specialty? If so....I won't be knocking on your door!

I love their hours and the list of insurance companies that they accept. It’s hard to find a dental office that takes new patients, accepts the insurance you have AND is open from 7:30 – 7:30 Monday through Friday and also open on Saturday!

Here is the bottom line folks…try to find a dentist office that is a piece of heaven on earth and I will show you a dentist office that uses sleeping gas from the minute you walk through the door and brings you out of that slumber when you are done. That is the only way you will have a 100% satisfied ALL THE TIME experience. I am not shooting anyone down that has had a bad experience with Comfort Dental….all I am saying is that you remember there is ALWAYS two sides to every coin and we all get to have an off day now and then. Goodness knows I have had my share number of them!

Malerie called me and verified my appointment next week. I said I have one today and she argued with me that I was mistaken. I told her I'm looking at my appointment card right here that I was given last night. She continued to argue. She finally found it and said "my bad, gosh!". I told her I was going to tell the dentist. Once at the dentist I paid 300+ co-pay. They wanted to give me a cleaning instead of fixing my emergency cavity that is causing severe pain. I simply asked the process and she went and told the dentist i was threatening her and such things. He and his assistant escorted me back to the area to get my money refunded. It was a total waste of time and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Sean Chapman, is top notch. He fixed my tooth. Explained everything, took time to listen. Has a great bed side manner, does the best work I've had done. Erin, his assistant is a very good listener, and makes you feel comfortable...THE OFFICE IS CLEAN!!
Front desk people were all very kind and proffessional. Did I mention, IT WAS CLEAN!!!

I don't have anything bad to say about Comfort Dental and have been extremely impressed. They take Medicaid for everything covered and saw me within a month. I'm really nervous about dentists and they gave me nitrous just for a cleaning when I asked. I have a medical condition and once had missed an appointment due to it and unlike any other dentist I've been to, they didn't demand proof and rescheduled me within two weeks (was a routine visit). Dr Rose is who I normally see and he is excellent and courteous. I have never had to wait long to be taken care of. Overall a great clinic.

I absolutely love Comfort Dental and Dr. Chapman. He has a technique of jiggling my lip/cheek that makes the novocaine shots much less painful! All the staff, both office and in the back, have been great as well. I highly reccomend Comfort Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and pleasant people!

Go here! I've been to 3 different dentists offices & I could honestly say Comfort Dental was the best all around! I was super nervous to get my wisdom teeth extracted & a root canal! Lots of work! Lol good thing Dr Bullen is a beast! I didn't feel any pain! He was super fast & efficient! I'm not a fan of the dentist but going here has changed my mind about them! Called night before to try and get in for severe tooth pain. Scheduled me for one of the first appointments they had. Being a new patient, I had some paperwork to fill out and when I couldnt focus because of how much pain I was in, the nurse helped me and actually talked to my father to finish with my insurance. Staff was friendly and helpful (from my active memory) and got my prescription for the infection and out the door with my referral. Even offered to call the specialist to have my root canal cleaned. Only complaint is they wouldn't see me until my insurance was processed. Most of the information I had and they could have taken when I had called. Will most definitely be coming back if I have any pain or issues again.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rose. He is the best most experienced dentist I've ever been too and I will continue to see only him. Though some of the assistants treat their work place as high school and want to chit chat and act snooty sometimes, Most of the time everyone is great and very helpful.
