Clean Up-to-date Atmosphere & The Dr's & Staff are so Nice. The Equipment is State Of The Art Brand New. And Ps You won't pay a lot here it's actually very competitive with most all dentists. Just the check it out you might be impressed and they accept most all insurance companies too. So it's a Win-win situation for everyone. Look at the lobby I mean "Come On People"

I will never refer anyone this office after my husbands experience. to be told after having top teeth pulled that they should not have pulled them, and then to say after 4 months that he will have to deal with the dentures or pay for them himself. Wow is all i can say. 6 months of dealing with this is quite enough. i guess if you have money and are not on disability and you have good insurance, well then you get good care. i would give this place less than one star if i could.

Well, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I did want to warn other patients. My husband and I started with Pueblo Dental Surgery Center, my Husband had all of his bottom teeth pulled in order to get dentures, I had two of my teeth pulled in order to get a partial. Pueblo Dental Surgery Center is the one we dealt with. My husband received his “ temporary” denture for his bottom teeth. They never seemed to fit correctly. When I had my partial done, they tried to fit me the morning after. I told the gal CATHY, that my partial didn’t feel right, that on one side my teeth were meeting my bottom teeth, but on the other, they weren’t. She did some carbon paper type of test and said that it lookend fine that I just needed to wear them to get used to them. We live about 5 hours away from Pueblo. I wore them like she suggested and had tears in my eyes when I took them out. I made the trip to have them adjusted. It took her about 3 seconds to adjust them. I said they still didn’t feel right. When I came back home, same thing, they really hurt and now I was biting the inside of my cheek which resulted in a scar. I really took a look at them. One side the teeth were considerably shorter, and the other side, I had been given an additional tooth. LUCKY ME! I called the receptionist TRACY at Pueblo Dental Surgery Center and told her my Predicament. She assured me that she would have the DENTURIST call me back. NEVER HAPPENED. I called again, same thing. Then COVID happened. Next call, the DENTURIST was no longer there. They were turning it over to Open and Affordable Dentristry. She said they would contact me. NEVER HAPPENED. I called again and had to be insistent to get a contact telephone number. Called that number and talked to JULIE, and let me tell you, she is probably one of the most unpleasant, unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. She informed me that they were ging to “adjust” my incorrect partial, but in no way could they afford to make a correct partial and that I was remiss because I hadn’t pursued the problem in a timely manner, therefore it was my fault it wasn’t corrected in the first place. I went back to Open and Affordable Dentistry like they asked. The Tech that worked on my partial and “adjusted” it told me the partial was made with an extra tooth because my bottom teeth were so large. I have a very small mouth, had 4 permanent teeth pulled when I was younger because my mouth was too small, my “adjustment” result was to go buy POLYGRIP. i have tried every way I can to make this work and to work with these people. They have alsomade appointments for my husband, and not only don’t have a clue which day he was supposed to come in, but have changed the date after we have made our nonrefundable hotel reservations. I received a confirmation for his appointment TODAY for the twelvth, but last week the confirmation was for the 9th. Today. PEOPLE, DO NOT GO TO EITHER PUEBLO DENTAL SURGERY CENTER OR OPEN AND AFFORDABLE DENTRISTY OR THE LATEST: EDEN DENTAL. You will regret it. And hopefully you won’t ever deal with JULIE.
Well, as of about a month ago I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Open and Affordable Dentistry who had merged, I guess that would be the term, with Pueblo Dental Surgery Center. I had a partial done with PDSS that just in no way was correct. I kept hearing that don’t worry, they would adjust it. Going from 4 teeth to 3 and short teeth to right size on the other side wasn’t an “adjustment” that I was willing to consider. I am happy to tell you that now, the two services got their heads together and are now making me a brand new partial. That is what I wanted in the first place. When I went in for my appointment I was treated with by professional, empathetic people who made me feel as though I did have a right to want to be able to eat again. I am due to go back at the end of the month for my 1st partial fitting and will update this review again once we have successfully. In the meantime, I want to really voice my appretiation to Melissa, the Denturist, Dr. Vu, and Ashley all at Open and Affordable
