Wonderful, friendly, and competent staff! I've been going to Smile Beautiful for years and they are my favorite of all time. They use cutting-edge technology and the staff/dentists (currently Dr. Dan Jones) always take the time to explain what they're doing and why as they move through any procedure. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Very very disappointed ☹️ after waiting several weeks to see the hygienist and speaking with a representative about my insurance I was finally able to get an appointment. Only to leave work early (use my personal leave) travel to SW, find parking. . . I arrived, had to complete and update my records by completing EVERYTHING all over again like a new patient (I guess because it’s been about 6 months or so since my last visit) but EVERYTHING - nothing has changed. . . That took 15 - 20 minutes , only to be told that it would $500 BEFORE I could be seen. I am disappointed because now I have to establish a new dentist. Unfortunately.
I must say that I LOVED Smile Dental- their bedside manner, their care for the patients, excellent dental skills - I have been a faithful patient FOR YEARS!! And I have been “singing their praises” FOR YEARS!! It seems I have no other choice ☹️ Today your rate is a 1

I moved to DC in the last year and needed to find a dentist for routine care. A couple of people recommended Smile Beautiful Dental and I am so glad they did. As a health care provider, I am VERY grateful for their good COVID-19 infection control procedures. The diagnostic services that I received is the most thorough exam I've ever had. Everything was explained by Dr. Justin Jones clearly. All of the staff are professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciate that forms and appointments can be done online. Great reminders for appointments via text. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Very grateful I found them!

I can't say enough good things about my visit to Smile Beautiful! I am a new patient and just had a cleaning this week. From check-in to x-rays to cleaning, every person in the office was incredibly kind. Emiliana, my hygienist, was so helpful and patient. She took time and care to explain everything she was doing super clearly and helped me create a plan for follow-up care that would work well for me. Dr. JJ was so thoughtful - when he came in, the first thing he did was ask about my previous experiences at the dentist, which I had indicated weren't super positive on my pre-appointment paperwork. It is obvious that everyone in the office is focused on making sure patients are comfortable. If you are nervous or anxious about going to the dentist, Smile Beautiful is the place for you!

I have been searching for months for a dentist here in DC. I moved here back in July ‘22 and have been trying to get a dentist appointment; all offices I called said January would be the next appointment available, so I gave up. I called this office maybe three weeks ago, and they were able to see me within two weeks after my call.
This office and staff were accommodating!! The dental office was immaculate and modern! They accommodated my dental concerns, and I left feeling confident and good about my smile and teeth again. Dr. JJ was very thorough with my examination and resolved my dentistry issues. The staff was upfront about the costs. They did not surprise me with a bill as I knew the price of each treatment my insurance did not pay for entirely.
I highly recommend this dental office. I am confident your experience will be just as great as mine!
