Hope was awesome! She was hilarious and did a great job helping me through my fear of flossing, haha. Dr. Rittenburg was very informative and helpful as well and seems to care a lot about his patients. Overall a really neat place, clean, well-kept, staff was all very friendly. My first visit to a dentist since moving to Jacksonville and will definitely be going back here.

I grew up with a huge fear of the dentist and associated dental work with pain. NOT ANY MORE!! I have been a patient of Dr. Rittenberg's practice for most of my adult life and have never experienced an uncomfortable moment. Each and every time I have been to their office has been extremely pleasant from the front office staff to the assistants and hygienist. Now when I visit the dentist I can honestly say its actually relaxing and something I don't mind at all. This is only because of the incredible care I receive from Dr. Rittenberg and his staff.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rittenberg for years and have always had a good experience. They have the friendliest staff. Be aware there is a PPE fee in place right now for all guests. I was somewhat disappointed I wasn’t given a heads up before my appointment when I called!

I really like the way all the associate treat the patients. They all are very friendly. I like my higinist. She takes her time to do her job and I am very happy with the results. In addition, they educate and advise patients about the issues they may have. I do recommend this office.

I’ve been to Dr. Rittenberg’s office three times in the last month I am leaving this review as my mouth is half numb from my most recent visit. Dr. Rittenberg is a very nice man, but his staff never ceases to amaze me with how friendly nice and understanding they are. I’m not an easy patient, I don’t do well with needles or with people in my mouth. But everybody that helps me always puts me at ease. Thank you to everyone who has helped me over the last three visits, especially my last 2. I know you were just at work and trying to get through the day but the last two ladies that have helped me have made what I anticipated to be a bad experience extremely positive. That made my day, thank you for that .
