Been going there close to 15 years! Dr Yeung is a superb dentist, concerned and thoughtful to his patients and so are the staff. Everyone is friendly! Keep up your good dispositions Greenberg dental staff!

No pain...in my 50 years...never had zero pain getting a filling! They are all kind, positive, professional, and most importantly, honest!

Staff is always very friendly and efficient. Dr Bennett recemented a loose crown. I love they way Greenberg always has time to help their clients, especially in times of emergency care.

I really love this Place you are never sitting out in the waiting area long everyone that works there kind nice considerate thoughtful compassionate and speaking of compassionate Dr Jason Lee is such a great surgeon Dr Jason Lee goes out of his way for his patients he actually called me when I was trying to get an appointment back with him and I was really surprised that he had taken the time out to call me this is one of the most unique dental places that I ever attended they're worth more than five stars I would like to give them 10 Stars keep up the great work Greenberg dental and orthopedics

I called to make appointments for my 3 kids for dental cleaning. First of, its nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone. After calling over and over through a period of 3 days, I finally got them on the phone only to say that they could only see 2 of my children and that one of them was not in their system. I told them over and over that , that was impossible because I had taken all 3 of them to have teeth cleaned there before. They could care less. Very disappointed!

Hi my name is Isela Morales mother of Angelina Morales. The service I had at my daughter's appointment yesterday was DISAPPOINTING. First, I was attended an hour give or take after the fact that my appointment was at 10:30, others were attended as soon as they walked in after me. Secondly, the way the nurse and orthopedics were only focused on my NINE year old daughter they never even bothered to inform me what they were doing nor what was being said to her, and Lastly the front end service desk was just DISPLEASED.

I had my concerns going here with a two star average but I was completely happy with my experience. Front staff was quick to help and the same tech who took me from the waiting room stayed with me every step of the way. Dentist was nice and even funny at times.

The hygenist was a soft spoken guy who was quick but cleaned better than the guy who did my teeth last time. Even had a pre emptive fillig for $25 out of pocket no pain or fuss.

Ignore these negative nancys, give them a try. My 4 yr old went here for his first exam and it was positive too. I will say that the pediatric dentist could and should have been more vocal to a newb like him. He was concerned with what she was doing and wasnt telling him. For example, the water sprayer thing. To a veteran like me and you that spritzer is no big deal but if youve never had one in your mouth youd probably want a heads up on whats coming next.

Maybe they had a turn over in staff but I cant see why theyve gotten negative reviews with my experience.

A very fast paced office,yet takes time with each patient. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Bennett is gentle, caring, & accurate. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Greenberg's Specialist, Dr. Lee gets the job done quickly & thoroughly.

I must be a glutton for punishment. I came back here because the HMO dental insurance through my company is cheaper and I was trying to save a few dollars. Well, what I saved in dollars I lost in time and sanity. They are consistently running 30-45 minutes late for dental appointments. Yesterday I had to take my daughter for an Ortho appointment and dental cleaning. The appointments were made by their staff one right after the other. Ortho got us in right away and sent us back to the waiting room to wait for the cleaning. It took over an hour for them to call her back for her cleaning! And that was after I went to the desk THREE times!! I certainly would've left if my daughter didn't need her wire put back in. I spent almost three hours there for an Ortho visit and dental cleaning.

When you check in they always say "We're running a little late". I don't know about you but I would never consider 30-45 minutes a "little late". When I questioned them on it the office manager told me that the corporate office makes them book so many patients a day and that they are short on space since they are sharing with Ortho. I told her that I understand but frankly their office issues are not my problem. I tried tell them that maybe if they were more honest about the delays that patients would be more receptive. All they did was complain about the corporate office and how all the offices are like this, to which I kept telling them that's not my problem.

I tried to call the corporate office when I got home to no avail. There corporate number goes directly to a voicemail and they do not give a time frame for when they will call back. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I'm so glad that this happened on the last day of my open enrollment. I have switched to the more expensive plan and will never be going here for dental again!! The dental hygienist and Dr. Bennett are amazing. The Ortho assistant and Dr. Long are amazing. The front staff ruins it for the whole practice. I just can't overlook the piss poor management and scheduling for this place.
