The new patient coordinator Ileana was very professional and friendly, Jenny the financial coordinator was explanatory and offered financing options and the doctor esparragoza was quick and friendly.

Oh my god! This is the best dentist experience I have ever had. Gables Sedation Dentistry provides the excellent service you are looking for. The minute I arrived to the clinic, all the lovely ladies in the front greeted me. I sat down, filled out paperwork and was called in for my dental cleaning within 10 minutes of arrival time. The service was truly exceptional and I had never experienced this before. My dental hygienist was Margarita and I can’t explain how knowledgeable she was. She literally took the time to get into every single crevice between my teeth, followed by polishing the inner and outer surfaces. She is very gentle and kind. On top of that, she is bilingual and extremely friendly.
I can assure you that I will always be requesting her as my dental hygienist.

At first my experience seemed great and everyone was nice. But everything after has been a complete headache. Services that hadn’t been provided yet were charged upfront without warning for over $8000; and after a week of patiently trying to call to resolve the issue. It felt like calls were being dodged and when they finally answered, they were made aware while saying that they would call back only to never call.
Even coming in person to personally speak with them after being ignored was not enough, as the charge was never removed after saying the issue should be fixed soon after detailing in agreement that the charge was incorrect. The whole situation has just been unprofessional. Now I have to resolve this issue through my bank and plan on not coming back here again, which is a shame based on how good the service was in my first appointment.

If 6 stars were possible I would give them. I put off the dentist so much for the fear of previous bad experiences but gables sedation dentistry changed all that. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make coming to the dentist enjoyable and I look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend and will be coming to gables sedation from now on.

Had an amazing experience. The entire staff is extremely professional and wait time is minimal. Julie is a great office manager who made me feel at home, made sure all of my needs were taken care of, and that I was completely satisfied. Tamara was my hygienist, and was extremely thorough as well as patient. The best part of my experience was that there was zero pain, thanks to Tamara. I highly recommend Gables Sedation, and I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could.
