We recently made our permanent move from New Jersey to Naples Florida and needed to find a dentist for our regular oral care. After much research we decided to give Park Family Dentistry a try and I am very glad I did. The practice is extremely well run and staffed with the most friendly people who immediately made me feel like I was their most important patient. I was given a tour of the facility with all of their specialty rooms & dental offerings explained to me. I was then given a complete set of x-rays & had photos taken of my mouth & teeth to use as a baseline going forward. I'm sorry that I can't remember the names of the two young ladies who gave me the tour and took the x-rays & photos, but they were both a real pleasure to deal with.
I had made my appointment with Dr. Long and was assured that which ever dentist I chose to work with will be the same dentist that I will have for every scheduled visit, which is just the way I want it.
After the x-rays and photos, Dr. Long came in and did a through examination and located a problem with a leaking old crown that needed to be repaired & replaced and was able to have the work scheduled for the very next week. I found Dr. Long to be very nice with a great bedside manor and am looking forward to seeing if the quality of his work matches the quality of his personality and his office staff.
After the check with the doctor, I was moved to the Hygienist room where I had my teeth cleaned by Linda S., one of their five dental Hygienists. Linda was just wonderful! She was very friendly, bright, funny and extremely competent and gave me the best cleaning that I have ever had.
Just like with the doctor, I don't have to worry about having someone different each time I come in, I will always have the same dentist and Hygienist working on me unless I specify otherwise.
Like most people, I don't like going to the dentist, but since you have to go regularly if you want to keep your teeth, it is best to find a practice like this one where you not only feel comfortable, but when a dental problem develops you can be assured that you will be getting quality work done that will last.
