Very friendly and caring staff. I have never had major dental work done before and was nervous when the Dr. told me I needed a root canal. I was able to see on the monitor -from the comfort of my dental chair- the abscess that was sitting under my discolored tooth . It was clear he was not trying to pull a fast one on me and just take my money. All of my questions were answered and when I came back I never felt any pain, the only thing I felt was a little discomfort from the needle in my gum to numb the area, even then, no pain! They put a cap over my tooth that matches perfectly to my regular teeth, color and shape and even made it straighter! WINNING. They also had a nice fluffy blanket for me to use while the procedure was being done. I loved that they were able to make the cap in house so I didn't have to wait long or schedule another visit. The separate hygienist was also very caring and took great care to clean my teeth and make sure I was comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to the dr are very knowledgeable and caring and I would highly recommend this office.

Very nice experience, Dr. Reyes and the hole staff is so detail oriented and very nice. Excellent! Roy explained every detail of the process, makes you fell calm.

I was amaze that all the process took place the same day. With out the need of several appointments. The office staff its great. Starting with the call to make the appointment, the precautions due to COVID during the visit at the office, the attention of all personnel and the professionalism of Dr Reyes. They respond all my questions including the ones related the Medical Insurance. I will definitively bring the rest of my family and recommend to my friends.

I’ve enjoyed all my visits at Eastwood dental. Dr. Reyes is great and Sydney is my hygienist. She is always gentle & thorough with her cleanings! I really appreciate how clean and up to date the office is. Highly recommend.

I have to say I have been through some ordeal trying to get my tooth restored after my root canal, the ladies in this office were sooooo pleasant to work with. They guided me and reassured me that all was going to be ok. Dr. Reyes is an awesome doctor along with his assistant, he is clean, quick and consice. He gave me options, he explained the procedure and had me on my way in less then an hour!! He is gentle and explains while he is working. My husband needs bridge work so he will see him next!! I recommend this doctor. He also has a lab there so if you need a crown for a restoration it will be done the same day. The crowns are modern made of porcelain and not of metal which shows the outline. For now I did a build-up which is just a filling but I will go back eventually for the crown. Quick appointments and very kind ladies!! Thank you kindly!! You guys are awesome.

I moved to the area of Eastwood Alafaya area and this dentist was closer to my home than my previous dentist that was in St cloud. I had a couple of appointments here and decided to go ahead with some cosmetic work. When I ended my first appointment I was told that my out-of-pocket was $476 and that my insurance would take care of the rest. One week later I decided to call to see what the status of my temporary partial was. Only when I called did the lady who answered the phone say " oh we're sorry your insurance isn't paying any of this so you owe us almost $2,000. (Not exact words). And I said well the day I came in here you ran my insurance you said my out-of-pocket was $476 and her response was well... We do this as a courtesy to you and they're not paying anything so you need to come up with the rest. At that time I requested my money back and they said no that they're not giving me my refund. The lady I spoke with proceeded to tell me that the paperwork I signed when I became a new patient clearly states this which tells me that they're aware of what they're doing if you have to have this legal verbiage in your contract. . it sounds to me like they do this a lot.

So beware of this company and they're "courtesy insurance assistance" they provide at their office. Needless to say I drive the extra miles to go to family dentistry in St cloud who I've been a patient with for over 5 years and they've never not disclosed anything to me. They do their job thoroughly and actually respect their customers.

I've made several phone calls to ask to speak with the dentist or the owner of this specific office to no avail. No one ever called me back because honestly they could care less. Being the onset of the Corona virus pandemic.. I was not able to take legal action immediately but have already gotten with an attorney and will be proceeding with having them refund my money and the additional cost of me having to pay twice. This dentist could care less about his patients it's more about the bottom line and how much money he pockets.

Going to a dentist isn't on top of my list of fun things to do. But, after being a patient for the last 5 years, coming to this office is always been a pleasant experience. The hygienists are excellent and professional. They are very kind and considerate. Dr. Reyes is fantastic. He is as close to a painless dentist as their exists. I appreciate the team and will continue to stay a patient.

First visit for cleaning as new patient. I was amazed at first for cleanness and 5-star hotel like facility. And of course, all staffs here are very kind, attentive, generous, and professional.
All wait time was acceptable. I am very glad that I chose this dentistry a minute away from my place.
