St. Luke's Family Dentistry

I called this afternoon after finding their number online. Saw they did emergency dental and called them since my husband was a dire pain and needed a tooth extracted. I called and explained the emergency and they got me an appointment for that afternoon. What a disappointment. We got there and waited 30 min to be seen and had x-rays done. Dr. told us our options pull the tooth or get a root canal. My husband wanted it out. She left and the assistant came back and wrote us 2 referrals ?!? One to get the tooth out and another for implants…..We were confused and livid. The doctor never returned and we were so upset that we told them to remove our records from the system. How on earth do you go in for an emergency to not have it taken care of?!? My husband was is dire pain and they did not care one bit. He even told the doctor who we assumed was going to remove the tooth that they needed to give him extra pain meds due to his metabolism before removing the tooth. She said “no problem”. I have never been treated so poorly in my life nor seen such high disrespect towards a person in pain. If they are not capable of taking care of emergency situations they should not advertise it on their web page. I do not recommend this practice.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is beyond amazing, they truly try to help you out. They inform you when you have questions they dont push you out the practice. They work the best they can around your schedule! I am beyond happy I found this place !

At last ! A dentist genuinely there to help me. I say this after repeated experiences with other dentist blatantly pushing comprehensive/very expensive recommendations upon me. While impressively capable of many services this doctor/office asked about other services appreciably (not making me anxious, nor offending me). The well developed doctors and staff are genuine and genuinely comfortable to be with while there. It's a major relief finding a dentist that will come through for me consistently and comfortably.

The best dentist experience ever, I fell asleep twice Thank you Doctor Sandra for taking care of my teeth in so short notice and for being so nice, you and your assistants and front counter receptionist made me feel welcomed., definitely 110 % Veteran approved 💪💪💪💪🙏❤️🇺🇸

First visit for both of my kids, staff was very friendly and I felt they received a great quality of care by Dr. Wasif. My youngest is apprehensive about going to the dentist but the hygienist and doctor made him laugh and feel completely at ease. Great choice if you are looking for a new dental provider! Totally awesome people! They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. x-ray me and saw I needed an extraction and offered me one right away.(it doesn’t always go that way but it did in my case) All the ladies were awesome, the receptionist down to the dental hygienist, I highly recommend this place to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back thank you ladies I appreciate you!!! So let me begin by saying I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist to begin with. Dr. Wasif made the whole experience very pain free and pleasant. She works so gently, I don't remember feeling any discomfort and I had no issues after the fact either. The whole staff is really friendly and polite which is so refreshing these days. Another huge thing to me is that I never feel that Dr. Wasif is trying to sell me on anything. This is something that really bothers me about other dentists I've been to because I don't know if they're giving me the most medically sound advice or if they're just pushing me into a procedure they know they can bill heavily for.

This is my 1st dental visit in years...... (no particular reason) now I felt I needed to find somewhere to call "home" and start a healthy routine. The team was professional and friendly and my mouth feels refreshingly clean. The only concern (if I had to find one) would be that everything took roughly 3 hrs. But honestly, I didn't mind the wait nor the process. I'm a very cautious person and I didn't feel forced into make any decisions - which is very good. I'll add more info when I have additional visits.

Dr. Wasif & her team there are amazing!!! They genuinely care for your concerns and do everything possible to make your visit extremely comfortable. It’s obvious how competent & outstanding Dr. Wasif is. I trust her & her entire team whole heartedly. Our family is so blessed to have found St. Luke’s family dentistry, thank you!!!

I got 5 star service from Dr. Harper and the office staff! I had no wait time to be seen and they were able to assist me with the dental complaint.
