As new patients we were greet like Royalty, from the door board announcement with our names and the personalized gifts, we got a walk thru or” nickel tour “ as mu husband like to say. The whole entire office has a calm, clean and organized atmosphere.when I finished my appointment U was able to relax in the amazing massage chairs.
Melanie, Greta and everyone there will not let you go without all your questions answered. The entire staff are just great. Everyone wears a smile and the Doctor’s are great.
If this is not your dentist you are definitely missing out!

They are amazing at everything. Nice people and so professional. The doctors are so gentle and the assistants too.
The installation is clean and great atmosphere. You can relax
during treatments . They speak English and Spanish. They have water and an amazing coffee.
They offer plan of payments so it's makes more easy the treatments you need.
I definitely recommend this place. I was here about 5 years ago and come back.

Absolutely beautiful office and wonderful service. Ana was my hygienist and made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire visit. I met with Dr. Nguyen and she gave a comprehensive overview of my dental plan. I never felt rushed. After my appointment I met with Karen who again answered all of my questions regarding the financial side of things. I highly recommend this practice to everyone and I look forward to my next visit.

This dentist office has a great environment, and very friendly specialists. However, my 2 star review is because I was never informed that this practice considers all patients to be out of network. I originally called the office before going to inquire if they accepted my insurance, which I was told yes, they do. But, apparently they work with all insurances because they treat everyone as an out of network patient, which was never specified to me. Even after the cleaning, when being informed of how payment could work (either all up front, or waiting to get the check from insurance) I was not informed of this out of network situation. This led me to believe that I was in-network and would receive a full refund from my insurance for the cleaning. I paid the $415 upfront expecting a full refund, and now I’m receiving less than half of that as a refund. Now I’ve spent more than $200 out of pocket for a cleaning that would’ve cost me $0 if I went somewhere in-network. I think this is a pretty shady business practice, and it should be immediately specified upfront to new patients so they are not misled like I was.

Your Oviedo Dentist contacted me to talk more about the situation. They refunded me the extra money that I paid which was greatly appreciated. They also explained my insurance is a bit different from other insurances, which could lead to situations like mine happening. I would say in the future for anyone that needs have work done to ask to have it sent to your insurance beforehand. This way you'll know how much you'll be out of pocket before actually going through the procedures.

This place is amazing! My son was so scared to go to the dentist but instantly felt better with the kind staff. He was beyond excited to watch tv while he got his teeth cleaned and I enjoyed a little time in the massage chair and delicious coffee! They did an excellent job with his teeth and gave me lots of information about my concerns. Thank you all so much and I can’t wait to come to this office myself!

Nice atmosphere and office. Been a patient for a year there. They make you feel comfortable while getting your teeth cleaned. Desiree and Dr. Lopez was very nice and friendly and explained what kind of treatment I needed. Would recommend if you live in Oviedo or surrounding area.

Sarah welcomed me in and made going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. Greta was very attentive to ensuring I was educated on the process and well informed on my options going forward. She also focused on making sure I wasn't in any discomfort. Dr. Nguyen suggested plans and expertise in a clear, concise, and thoughtful manner. Entire staff was friendly, thier costs seem very affordable, and they give off the personal home town dentist vibe that feels cozy.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have lived in Orlando FL for the last 8 years and I have never visited a dental office as excellent as this one. I did not have an appointment scheduled, even so they evaluated me, they did an rx and helped me with the existing problem.

If one can say going to the Dentist is a pleasurable experience I would say this was the greatest Medical or dental experience I’ve ever had. I was treated like royalty. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They are accommodating and go way beyond the ordinary to make the experience the best.

Second time going and I was treated just as well as the first! The staff was warm and approachable, the dentist was smiling and friendly, the experience was comfortable and despite having a filling, I felt no pain and little to discomfort. Even got to watch some “New Girl” while they did the filling - 100% am loving my new dentist!
