I came in today to get a cavity filled and was really nervous. Maegan was the dental assistant who cared for me. She was so sweet and kind. Very friendly and was always checking on me to make sure I was ok. Dr. Colon did a great job!

Excellent service, professional, super clean, modern and relaxing . . . .it's been a great transition to this office. We've only been with Your Oviedo Dentist for two years after being with our previous dentist for 22 years (he moved and "retired"). Kim and I LOVE the staff and dentists here at Your Oviedo Dentist. Today, I (Sidney) had a regular cleaning visit with Toni who did the work. Toni is beyond awesome! I didn't think that they could be better, but sure enough, today was the day. Thank you Your Oviedo Dentist. We highly recommend this office.

This was our first time here and i have to say, Oviedo Dentist goes over the top to make you feel special your entire visit. From the welcome new patient sign outside with my children's names on it, to the friendly greeter Matthew who gave us a tour and blessed both kids with a special gift, to the two great hygienists who took amazing care of both of my children and made them feel at ease and so comfortable the entire time. They were very clear in what the visit would consist of and what my insurance covered and didn't. I never had to question or second guess a thing. I applaud the entire friendly staff at Your Oviedo Dentist. My family is forever grateful and will be lasting patients here! Thank you again for all you do!

First impressions were “Wow!”. The architecture of the building externally and internally is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I first visited I saw my name on the list outside of the front door. I was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in and proceeded to give me a full detour of the facility. They explained that they donate your first visit to families in need which is a super cool concept. This is the first dentist I’ve been to where they had massage chairs! Anyways, they like to get to know each patient on a personal basis before beginning and it was a nice touch. They listen to you and do their best to accommodate anything you ask. I could not have asked for a better first experience and even though this office is not within my insurance network, I will be coming back!

I was pleasantly greeted on the phone. They took the time to make me feel welcomed and demonstrated empathy towards my terrible tooth pain. She was prompt in ensuring I had an appointment the next day, which is SO important when you’re suffering like that. She also secured my info. beforehand so I wasn’t waiting long to be seen, and verified my insurance ahead of time to be aware of my potential financial responsibility. When I arrived at my visit, I was instantly and warmly greeted and shown the office. Yes it’s beautiful and a state of the art building, but the kind and empathetic people who work here are what matter most to me! The dentist (Dr. Nguyen) and her assistant Natasha were phenomenal! I felt comfortable with them from the beginning! The Dr. didn’t “sugar coat” the work I needed and recommended me to a specialist before she did any work. Costly to go here? Maybe! I wouldn’t take a chance on my dental comfort somewhere else when this entire staff has welcomed me so warmly and with such empathy to my unbearable tooth pain.

Finally found a dentist I can TRUST. I quickly realized that they are skilled to do what it takes and that they will do it right!!! They gave me options and the control to make those difficult financial and procedural decisions easier, as they guided me and helped me to find the best solution for my unique situation. Everyone has always been patient and never pushy. The financial department itemized everything, while making the most out of my insurance to save me money.
They made it affordable, convenient, comfortable and fun. Yes, I said FUN.
The customer service is exceptional. The staff will exceed your expectations for friendliness and customer care. Everyone is taking the COVID-19 situation seriously and went over and above to make it safe.
I would like to especially thank the reception staff for coming out to my car in the hot Florida sun always smiling. Megan for patiently listening to all my nervous chatter and whining. Dr. Nguyen for her gentle touch and ability to explain difficult information and repeat it as many times necessary.

This dentist office is amazing. From the facility to the staff I cannot brag about my experience enough. I had to have an unexpected filling and they were able to get me in same day, no hassle. I felt welcome and comfortable, I did not have to wonder what was happening as everything was explained in thorough detail. Thank you all for an awesome dentist experience!

Well, where do I start! When I arrived to the dentist office the first thing that impressed me was the architecture of their building. The building is absolutely beautiful and well kept. As I approached the door I was greeted with my name on a chalkboard outside their door welcoming me to their practice. Once I entered the office I was greeted again by their lovely staff with all smiles! Then when called to go toward the back for my procedure, Christian became my tour guide explaining the mission and accomplishments of the doctors and their practice. Now, let me tell you about my “wow” moment! Once my tour with my guide was complete I meet a young lady who welcomed me with a gift before I even sat in the chair. Well, I will not tell you everything else, you will have to experience it for yourself. Customer service at its best😊

Very professional staff. Toni the dental hygienist was very helpful and eased my anxieties. She explained everything very clearly and gave me some advice. I went out and bought oral b electric toothbrush and went back to my crest toothpaste.
