My first experience with Dr Azahm and her staff was wonderful, she is a very good dentist but based on my latest experience with her staff and office I need to change my review.
I was being treated for periadental disease that required treatment every 4 months by the Dr.
I received a phone call a few days ago reminding me of an expensive crown that's not in my budget right now. It made me wonder why I haven't been contacted for my periadental treatment. I contacted the office today to learn that Dr Azahm no longer would be treating me for that and I had to make an appt with her hygienist who is only available on days I am working. The person who answered the phone offered no other solution but to see another dentist. What a huge difference from when I first started my treatment there. Not only that but they never scheduled an appointment for my treatment in the first place which I found out today is overdue.
I'm very disappointed. This office went from being very caring and concerned to very cold in my eyes.
I guess now that they have a successful
"business" people like me are no longer important.

I highly recommend Dr. Azam and her staff at White Sand Dental Studio. As a new patient, everyone was very polite and courteous. Dr. Azam took time to answer all of my questions, review my x-rays with me, and even demonstrate her concerns with my smile using intra-oral photographs of each tooth. During the cleaning, she asked me multiple times if I was ok, or if I needed a break. I was in and out in one hour which is remarkable for a new patient in any medical office. I would highly recommend White Sand for all of your dental needs. Also, they are open on Fridays and Saturdays. Amazing! Thank you White Sand!
