Didn't allow me back in the room when trying to exam my 5 year old daughter. For her first visit and she got so scared she couldn't be calmed down. They finally allowed me to go back and found out the dentist David Saraga DMD didn't even explain what was going to happened and could not deal with her. He wasn't friendly at all and didn't make my daughter feel safe.

I had my first appointment 11/7 for a broken tooth. Plan was to do a crown on 11/22 when arrived the office was closed. I called the office and they said the doctor had an emergency which is understandable, however when I tried to reschedule they told me he's not making any more appointments, because he's going to Palatka. Now I am with a broken tooth and no appointment for repair.

The staff and dentist there are top notch, I had very bad abrasitions on my teeth and this dentist helped me so very much I do not know how I could ever pay him back for the awesome work that he did. The staff is also very very sweet. Great place to go to get your dignity back I want to thank them very much!

The lady who cleans your teeth let's you know just how little she thinks of you. How she feels towards your cleaning habits with your mouth as a whole shows as she degrades you further in the chair like your a child all over again. Scared of the pain and scared to say anything. If you do your over acting with it or there's no way it could hurt that bad. Who are you to judge my pain level or pain tolerance???????????????

It was one of the worst dental visits I've ever had. My appointment was at 10am, 45 minutes later I'm finally taken back. Sit in the chair waiting to get x-rays done, only to get caused moRe pain, and the doctor come over, doesn't even bother to look inside my mouth and tells me I need to go to wildflower, and that no antistatic will work cause of the pain I'm already in...

One star because I have no choice. Receptionist and Medical Assistants are nice bit the Dentist is the WORST PERSON. Doesnt care not one bit. Sje is UNRESPECTFUL, MEan, RUDE. JUST PLAIN CRUEL. BAD ATTITUDE ALL OVER!!!! Should not be working with people. Not even animals. Dr. halady is bad! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
