This dentist is HORRIBLE. They give you an 8:00 appointment and dont call u back until 10. Not to mention it is filithy. I called to cancle my kids appointment with ample notice and because i had 3 kids they told me next time i have to bring them separately. I have never heard of such a thing. Thats insanse especially when I have to give up 3 hours of my day fr just one visit. Then not to mention the staff is RUDE and just filled with drama. They talk to the patients like they out in the street somewhere. I recommend another dentist. Smile design dental in coral springs is awesome and they take most medicid.

Hi my name is Jennifer, I visited the dentist office on April 15th 2019, 2 p.m. for my appointment. I was not explained properly the procedure that was supposed to be done on my mouth and then the receptionist! Got nasty with me and told me that I needed a root canal but I was not aware of it at the moment and then she tried to get money from my parents and I still was not explain to what I was supposed to be getting done so I got angry. Did not know the facts of what was going on until she explained to me properly, but hence me going back to go see the doctor and then she showed me on the screen.. I calmed down and then everything went well I went up to the front and apologized to the receptionist she gave me a steroid which I was expecting. Everything went well from there. As much as I hate going to the dentist this is probably the best dentist I have ever had. Dental work is expensive but this is a very pleasant office to go to Melody is my hygienist and I like her. Very professional and really seems concerned. Dr T is very nice too.

My experience was great I was referred there from
Lidia my hygienist! She is the greatest always gentle with me and informs me with issue regarding my mouth! The only thing which Is which is not their fault at office I have a DMO plan and they only accept PPO! I called my dental insurance And were informed that it’s more beneficial for me to keep my DMO verses changing to PPO! With my situation more is covered and I wouldn’t have to pay so much out of pocket if I keep my DMO! So that being said I’ll have to stay with my dental office I came from ! Sunrise dentist owner was is great abs Shannon at front desk!
