I suggest finding a traditional dentist. This is a business that seems to thrive off of dentures. Was told I would have to get dentures by this office... and it would cost 20k for treatment. I sought another opinion... have most of my teeth and have yet to get anywhere close to 20k price wise.
Advice:avoid.

I recently had an appointment at a spin dental it was my first visit and it was the best exam I ever had not only was it very therel but I have a small mouth and usually the highest at other offices try to put film in my mouth that is too big and is very uncomfortable and painful this did not happen and I am very grateful they are kind and have good listening skills and there equipment is very up to date

With an infected molar I called Aspen hoping for a quick appointment. Aspen Dental gave me one for for 2 weeks later. They required full mouth X-rays (the tech was awful - way to much pain) and a series of procedures to "develop a treatment plan." I came about an infection and the hygienist who came to see me asked if I was coming there for my cleanings. When I said I was not sure she abruptly left the room saying she would not check my teeth.
After I listed to the sounds of pain of the man whose teeth Dr. Estes was pulling. with only a partial wall between us. He can in and announced that he could pull my tooth; "I do 30 or 40" a day." This was after I explained I medically needed IV sedation which only the Oral Surgeon did.
It was time to see the Business Manager (Think used car salesman). I had a friend in the waiting room whose advice I wanted. They would not let ME go get them; perhaps I would leave . My friend came in and immediately remarked that they felt that they were, "at a closing desk of a used car agency".
I was handed a contract to sign which included $976 for tooth cleaning and a few hundred for an extraction. There was no price for their Oral Surgeon doing it and nothing for the reconstruction of the tooth I would lose. As soon as I hesitated the the Business Manager said I could finance it. He did not explain the rate -- from checking the Internet it is usury...
Mt friend and I left left...agreeing it felt good to leave the used car office. This place is a high pressure sales operation...not a medical practice.
Each office has a monthly sales quote -- not making it can be grounds for termination, their average client is reported to have and 8th grade education and the average contract over $4,000.
I found a great dentist near by -- thank goodness I am done with Aspen.
I did some reading about Aspen and learned some awful things which happen when medical ethics and a company which only sees the bottom-line operates chain of profit centers with no concern for medical patients. . I found a wonderful Dentist in private practice.
It seems I do not need the $976 cleaning -- rather a regular one followed by a few touchups. For people who have insurance most plans to not cover "deep cleaning" I checked Aetna's Florida plans: they pay 80% of a regular cleaning but only 20% od a deep cleaning -- the $976 one Aspen insists on.

Dr. Sabino is the best dentist I have been to. I have had problems with my teeth my entire life. Other dentists have told me it’s “because I didn’t brush or floss enough and that it can be prevented by brushing and flossing more.” Or that my saliva is more acidic than normal. Dr. Sabino did some research after seeing me the first time and believes I have a hereditary disease that my health insurance may help with the cost of dental work. For the first time I have found a dentist who may have an accurate answer to my problem. I am so thankful that I have found such a wonderful dentist. Thank you Dr. Sabino I really appreciate all that you have done for me.

Very anxious about dentists., but the staff and dentists here are very reassuring and supportive. I will need major dentistry work done. They explained every thing in detail, gave me a cost estimate and even helped me with financing. Great experience!

i have nothing but god things to say about my experience at Aspen. Every member of the staff was more than kind and helpful...and most important of all to me, they were UNDERSTANDING of my need to look like myself with my new denture and the lifelong fear I have had of .
"the chair" LOL. I do, however, want to send a special kudo to Dean, who makes the teeth. He came into my room to speak with me prior to getting the denture, and I explained how I wanted to keep my overbite, and that it was so important to me that the teeth should not be "perfect" but look kinda crooked and bigger front teeth like I had had when I had my real teeth. I had had only one previous set of dentures, and that was for about 6 years...and I had not been happy even one day with them as they made me look different than myself...and I could no longer whistle!! I was a woman who loved to whistle...a lot...and could not make a sound. I saw in Dean's eyes as his met mine that day that he DID understand...and guess what? My new plate is perfectly imperfect just like I wanted, and for the first time since I had my teeth pulled 6 years ago...I CAN WHISTLE!
