Initially 5 Stars: This has been one of my best dentist experiences yet. Very professional yet personable. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctor was very nice yet efficient. I’ll be coming back!
Update to 3 stars: My first visit was amazing as noted above. I was supposed to return for some fillings the end of December, but my appointment had to be canceled due to an emergency in the office. I was completely understanding and willing to be rescheduled even though I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t chew on one side of my mouth. They did not automatically reschedule me so I called to try to reschedule the first week in January. I didn’t get a response for a few days. When I did get ahold of them, they didn’t have any availability until 3 weeks later, but I’d be out of town at that point, so now I’m looking at a February appointment for something that was supposed to be done in December and is causing me a lot of pain. To make matters worse, I know of new cavity filling apartments that were made in January instead of prioritizing the rescheduling of my appointment. I’m sure this was all just due to poor timing and oversight, and that new appointment might’ve taken less time mine, but this still doesn’t feel right. Again, I won’t retract my first impression. Perhaps I just had some bad luck. For that reason, I’m only taking this down to 3 stars.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING the this dentistry office is... the staff always treats me so well. I have been to other dentist in Buckhead where you pay an outrageous amount of money... and for such a great service and gorgeous office I don't feel like I am paying for that, but instead I am being charged fairly for what i consider an amazing experience. Dr. Nia is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She makes me feel at home and is very attentive .
The office staff treats me as if I were family.
I love coming here when I have to come in.

I love it here! Not only are all the rooms super clean and cozy... they have blankets, neck pillows, headphones and TVs on the ceiling! And cute patient glasses btw! Shout out to Buckhead Cosmetic & Family Dentistry for making the daunting task of going to the dentist, actually enjoyable! I look forward to my visits! Everyone is so sweet and thorough, they go through all the procedures and payment options with me prior to doing treatment and make sure I am completely okay with everything. They’re super busy so my advice is to book in advance!
