Feather Touch Dental Care

After moving to Atlanta from Missouri and looking for a great dentist in the area, I was referred to Feather Touch by multiple people. Dr. Shah and staff were very thorough on my first visit there, making sure to go into great detail about my dental history and looking for every way they could ensure complete dental health. They offered extensive solutions, and did very well at explaining the reasons for what they found was needed. They were very gentle, caring, understanding, and easy to talk to. I would recommend them for anyone in the Atlanta and surrounding areas!

Best staff ever! Lora did amazing work cleaning my teeth - she pays such close attention to detail. Thank you Dr Kim and Dr Shah for making Feather Touch Dental a great office to visit.

My first experience with this place was remarkable actually. I researched THOROUGHLY for an establishment that focused on implants as well as other services, had a reputation for delivering on the targeted services, had a reputation for being trustworthy and had excellent reviews...✔️. I am soooooo happy that I found this place. Lori (sp?) did the initial work up and did a wonderful job of explaining the process. I truly appreciated Dr. Kim’s explanations and approach to starting my treatment plan including NOT having that unsettling feeling that collecting a payment was the primary objective. The office staff was excellent. The atmosphere was very professional yet inviting. Sooooo from the beginning to the end of my first visit was....wonderful!

Let me just start by saying, this is the best experience at a dental office I have ever had! I made a last minute appointment because I was having major pain with my teeth. I called soon as they opened and they managed to get me in the same day within two hours. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen at the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Kim was so polite and explained what I had going on to the T! Actually, all my nervousness was totally gone. What makes the experience even better is Dr. Kim reached out to me personally later that evening to see how I was feeling and to answer any questions...can I say, I was impressed! I highly recommend this practice as the facility is very posh and clean. I’ve found my official dentist!!!!

I had a great first visit at Feather Touch Dental. Recently moving back to Atlanta from LA, I was in need of a new Atlanta dentist and very thankful my friend referred me here. The front desk receptionists were very welcoming and personable. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kim and Hygienist Brittany also. The massage chairs are a great added bonus to the experience. I left feeling very educated about my current dental state and any needs or opportunities for future scheduling. I look forward to future appointments and hopefully a long term dental relationship.

The staff at Feather Touch Dental Care, from front desk to the Dentist, were all helpful and kind. Dr. David Kim was very informative and willing to answer any questions I had. He made sure I was aware of everything that was going on throughout the examination and addressed any concerns that I had. Dr. Kim's assistant (technician?) was also great as she made sure I was comfortable and accommodated for, throughout the entire process.

You can't beat feather Touch Dental for personalized service and making each visit as pleasant as dental visits can be. Each staff member is totally focused on the customer experience and the efficiency and competence of the staff is to be applauded. Dr. Kim and Dr. Shah are both outstanding clinicians with exceptional chair-side manner. The staff goes out of its way to make sure visits are remembered and insurance companies cover when they should. Their costs are somewhat higher than others but its hard to go anywhere else after you have an experience with them.

Lovely people. Today was my first visit and everyone was so nice. I love Dr. Kim he’s the first dentist I’ve had to numb me and it not hurt. He walked me through everything that was going on and I really appreciated that. He’s definitely my new dentist.

My visit was NOTHING short of professional, courteous and outstanding! Dr. Shah is thorough, patient, and took time out to sit down with me to go over my questions, concerns, and his expertise on options available to me in order to achieve my dental goals. Brittany, dental hygienist, was amazing and such a joy to be around! I am so happy that I was able to have her assistance as I did not feel rushed or any pain during our cleaning. She was personable and throughout the entire process was giving me feedback and checking to ensure I was comfortable. Katja, dental assistant, was welcoming, patient and just as sweet and amazing while being of assistance to me and her team. She's a rock-star! Everyone I came into contact with, from the front office coordinator to the "check-out" staff coordinator (who even offered me a parting gift along with the goodies I'd already received :), was outstanding, courteous and patient with any questions or concerns I had. I even had an impromptu visit from Dr. Kim stopping in just to welcome me to the facility, express his gratitude for my visit and to offer his assistance if Dr. Shah was ever not available. This is excellent quality of customer service that I commend and truly appreciate! After this visit, I am happy that my dental care is in the hands of this staff as I am hopeful they will make sure that I'm taken care of and happy with my results. If you're looking for top quality service with a beautiful facility (and location), patient, courteous, well-trained staff members, then I would certainly recommend this facility to you. I am looking forward to achieving my dental goals with Feather Touch!

My teeth feel as smooth as glass after my cleaning visit with Zoe. Love the pampering, especially the fragrant hot face cloth after the hygiene procedure. I can honestly say I look forward to my dental visits at this office. I most appreciate the exceptional customer service and refreshingly friendly atmosphere in the entire office. The fresh flowers to take at the end of each visit is just another one of the amenities that makes this dental practice a class act.
