Thanks to Dr. Nia and his amazing staff, I can say I love going to the dentist! The quality care and outstanding service never ceases to amaze me. They offer the high standards and technology of a large practice as well as the intentional and personal care of a small family practice. I have gone to them for multiple visits and have never left disappointed!

First time here - sparkling facility with a terrific staff. All smiles (at least from what I could tell whine their masks!). Malia and Tiffany were so warm and friendly, gentle and caring. And they also made me laugh. Highly recommend this place!

First dentist I’ve been to since moving to Atlanta from Houston, TX in 2018. My dentist in Houston treated me and my daughter for 17 years and we had a fantastic relationship. I was actually “scared” to start over. Dr. Nia and his staff deliver a best in class experience. Tiffany, my hygienist was so thorough and gentle. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Nia actually “planned” my restoration treatment so that my subsequent Invasalign treatment gives me optimal results. He also explained WHY my root canal requires re-treatment. I’ve been apprehensive in having it redone due to a bad explanation by an endodontist several years ago. Dr. Nia and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. They make going to the dentist a great event!

First visit to this dental office. I enjoyed the experience. I was taken back at the time on my appointment. Received great cleaning from the hygienist (Marie?) Dr. Nia was very personable and took the time to explain the health of my teeth, gums and roots. Definitely, a keeper as a dental office.

I love Madison Yards. Dr Nia is funny, kind, and knowledgeable. The hygienists are fast and gentle. I’ve experienced cleanings, a filling, and a referral for a root canal. The office is also very pleasant to be in. Would recommend to anyone!

Tiffany was amazing and so caring. There’s also Mackenzie at the front desk who was extremely nice and the crim de la creme, Dr. Nia. He’s so knowledgeable and phenomenal. Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t switch him out for anyone. He also taught me more about oral hygiene as well as disease and the best way I can prevent them.

While dental services at this Madison Yards location have been fine so far, dealing with their billing department--seemingly shared with Tech Dentistry and McDonough Family Dentistry--is an entirely different story. (I switch from Tech to Madison Yards during the pandemic.) I last received standard services at the Tech Dentistry location on 1/27/2020, right before the pandemic hit. Almost exactly 18 months later, on 7/26/2021, I received a bill for the full cost of routine cleaning services ($334) typically covered by my insurance company. Confused, I got in touch with my employer's insurance broker, who reached out to our dental provider of January 2020. The insurance company shared that Tech Dentistry's billing office, again shared with Madison Yards Dentistry and McDonough Family Dentistry, submitted the request for payment for services, but never sent in their completed W9. The insurer was still willing to pay them, if they submitted this very simple form. I also learned that care providers have 12 months from the date of service to submit their paperwork to insurance in order to be eligible for payment. If care providers cannot submit their paperwork in a timely fashion, their offices must absorb the cost of care, not the patient.

Armed with this knowledge, I spent the next month calling the billing office and leaving voicemails explaining that they only had to submit the W9 in order to be paid by my former insurance company. In August, I received a new itemized bill. Instead of submitting the W9 to insurance for a full payment, it seems they attempted to bargain with me by reducing the amount they say I owe to $109. Again, if the billing office cannot submit paperwork to insurance in a timely fashion, it does not become my responsibility to pay. I continue to receive emails and automated texts claiming I have an outstanding balance, sometimes that amount is again claimed to be $334. I continue to explain, privately up until now, that this is erroneous. I have yet to receive an apology or a bill for the appropriate amount, which is $25 for a flouride treatment.

Madison yards family dentistry provides superior services and professionalism. Dr. Mia is absolutely the ‘EXCEPTIONALLY BEST” for a multitude of reasons. His numerous dental assistances/specialist exudes technical knowledge and experience, especially Darin who exemplifies the SME in his field. The other administrative staff members are very supportive, respectful, courteous and polite in person or via the phone. The office setting is professionally welcoming, clean, organized and comfortable. They practice positive Covid-19 measures, and there’s ample parking!!
