I absolutely love Dr. Hobbs and all the staff! I have found her and I haven’t left for years. If I can give them more stars I would! They are very professional, yet personable. Dr. Hobbs is gentle and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend!

My mom went in for some dental work a few years ago with a dentist who is no longer with the practice, and we had a wonderful experience. A few weeks ago she went back and saw Dr Hobbs and had one of the worst doctor-patient experiences. Dr. Hobbs literally made her cry and didn't care about her at all except that she kept making appointments for unnecessary procedures before she would fix the problem. We went to another dentist and he said there was no need for her to have all these other procedures done (as Dr. Hobbs had said). She is pushy, unkind, and treats her patients like they're idiots.

If I recommend a dentist, then TRUST me it's as close to painless as you'll get. I am terrified of the dentist thanks to bad experiences as a kid. I only had one dentist that I trusted and when he retired I was having a panic attack thinking of finding a new dentist. I went through one bad experience with a different dentist and was recommended to Dr. Hobbs though a family member. She's amazing, I love her. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hobbs and team are true professionals!
The dental hygienists are always very thorough and gentle with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Hobbs was able to correct a complex issue with with one of my fillings that I received from a different dentist in another city years ago. She and the team have always provided me great options and tips to maintain clean, healthy teeth. I also enjoy the ceiling-mounted TVs and over ear headphones they have so I can watch my favorite shows during the appointment. I’ve been a going to this practice for about 2 years, and will continue to trust Hobbs Dentistry with my dental health. Thanks for providing great service !

I & my family have been going to Dr. Hobbs office for years; every visit is always a joy & smooth operation. My 7 year old daughter is actually excited every time we have a checkup appointment; what else could you ask for? Keep up the good work ladies!

Let me start by saying this experience was 5-6 years ago. I went in for a routine cleaning which they said would be covered under insurance... it wasn’t, BUT the big issue was they did an X-ray and told me I had 3 cavities and needed fillings. Luckily because I knew it wasn’t covered by insurance I didn’t have anything further done. After changing to my in-laws family dentist that is covered by my insurance he said I didn’t have ANY cavities. Have been back multiple times and never had an issue. I would never recommend Hobbs... with a dentist you just go off of trusting them to be professional and honest but my one experience proves the opposite for this company. I hadn’t thought to leave a review but now I moved and drive by this office everyday and now makes me infuriated every time
I drive by!

What a nightmare! I went to Dr. Hobbs for a crown. It began with her making a crown that would not fit. She had just gotten a new digital machine to make the crown, but didn't know how to operate it. When I went to have my crown set it didn't fit, so I had to have a new mold made and another crown ordered; when it can in she ground it down so much that it broke, so another crown was ordered. When the crown was placed, my bite was so off that I was in agonizing pain. I had to go to Hobbs Dentistry over ten trips (forty minutes each way) to have the crown adjusted. I am legally blind, so I had to be driven to each appointment. That is not the worst part. The last time Dr. Hobbs adjusted the crown, she ground on a crown that she had not worked on, trying to get her crown to fit. When I got home my husband looked and saw that Dr. Hobbs had ground a hole in the other crown below the crown she just placed. When I went back to confront her, she said "what do you want me to do"? I told her I wanted the crown that she damaged fixed. She agreed and told me to go to the front desk to make an appointment. After I left her office I got a call from her front office, saying that she would not fix the damage that she created. It's apparent that Dr. Hobbs just wanted to get me out of her office. Now I am left with a crown that doesn't look like the rest of my teeth and a hole and grind marks on the crown that was not installed by Hobbs Dentistry. Now, I will have to pay another dentist to fix Dr. Hobbs mistakes. I have contacted the State Dental Board to file a complaint. Worst experience ever.

I'm originally from NYC and haven't seen a dentist in over 5 years, but have always had a nightmare of a mouth! When I moved down South with my wife, my teeth were already a nightmare and so I doubt there was any improvement over the years!
I'm so glad I found Dr. Hobbs and her kind and caring staff!! I was embarrassed and ashamed of my teeth and always consciously kept them hidden! So I believed it would be awful experience to put them on full display in front of professionals!
I actually couldn't have been more wrong!! Dr Hobbs and her staff took amazing care of me, didn't make me feel self conscious and did an absolutely amazing job!!
I had to go several times due to the damage and neglect I'd given my mouth and my wife even tricked me into going as she was getting her wisdom teeth pulled and said I was just getting some cavities filled which later turned out to be a deep cleaning, 2 cavities, a crown and a root canal!! But I honestly felt nothing!! Dr Hobbs and her staff are all so very kind kind and made me feel comfortable from the get-go! They again (I know I'm repeating myself here but can't explain how much it meant to me!) didn't make me feel self conscious and just did an amazing pain-free job!! So much so, I was actually excited to go for my second visit!!
I feel so lucky to have found a dentist of such quality and kindness and with just the most amazing bedside manner!! They are all truly gems!! I can't thank them enough and after they made my teeth look brand new I have them hugs all around Bc that's how much it meant to me!!
I will continue to go to Dr Hobbs and wouldn't think about going anywhere else and couldn't recommend them any higher!! If could give them 100 stars, I still give 101!! Thank you so much all of you!!

My review is based on two main points. The first is that they stopped accepting my insurance and did not inform me at a minimum of three separate instances (when scheduling, at reminder call, and upon leaving after a routine cleaning) even though I asked each time. Then they billed me and stated they had mailed a letter 7 months earlier and sent the account to collection. I finally paid because in order to fight this would require going to court.
I also have major contention with the fact that I was told at 2 visits that I had cavities that never showed before and still do not show with my regular dentist. We are military so I never saw Hobbs again.

I loved the people and the doctor. But my filling has been giving me problems, so has my cap. I had to go back twice to have it put back on and it doesn't look like the rest of my teeth at all! My new dentist is very unhappy about the work done as well. Hobbs Dentistry also seemed very overpriced!
