It was all good a week ago! It’s unfortunate I’m having to write this because in the 9 months I’ve been going to them I never had any issues. I’m not sure what’s going on in the Columbus office but I hope leadership grasps a hold of these issues soon. I recommend the call center provide expectations on estimates about how long appointments will be that way you can plan accordingly if you have any other appointments the same day. If you have to reschedule an appointment I recommend calling right back to make sure the appointment was put in the system. It’s very inconvenient to learn on the day of your appointment that you don’t have an appointment. For new customers it’s a MUST you find a way to get your paper work filled out before you go to the appointment. They will reschedule you right then and there if you take too long filling out the paper work. I’ve seen so many elderly people get turned around for not finishing there paper work in time and it’s very sad.

Everyone was amazing! They were all patient with me and did their best to ease my anxieties about a dental visit. The hygienist that performed my cleaning was patient and caring when dealing with some nerve damage I have and never once did anyone make me feel like there was anything wrong with my anxieties or that my feelings were invalid. I'm so glad I decided to book my appointment here!

Hands down the best dental practice I have ever been in. Everyone is so nice and professional. They are all sensitive to your needs and never make you feel unwelcome. They make sure you understand all your dental care and what your insurance will pay for. If you have out of pocket expenses they will help you with financing if needed. I've never liked going to the dentist (childhood trauma) but I'm glad to have found this team!!! I will never go to another dental office again!!

Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews
Unprofessional and rude front office staff. I was asked to be here at 930. I got a text at 9am confirming my 930 appointment. Arrived at 930. Front office then stated I had 15 mins to read and sign 7 pages with history and medications . Including name and other personal information on most pages my pharmacy name address and phone number multiple times over and over.

(I completely understand that all this information is needed. But I should not have to write them down over and over again on a time limit.)

In 15mins that is not informed consent. They what you to quickly sign without reading so they can charge you and your insurance an exorbitant amount.

I gave them a second try. I tried once pre 2020. Never again. RUN in the other direction.

I went there on Friday. The staff was nice, but unknowledgeable. I had a bridge come off, and have a fibroma because my gum became irritated when I kept it back on with my tongue. The dentist should have known that. Instead, she terrified me, saying that it needed to be biopsied. I was terrified! She didn't have the knowledge to identify a simple, noncancerous bump. She doesn't need to be in dentistry. They seem to have something going with an oral surgeon to biopsy for money. This place is a dental mill, not a professional office of dentistry. I should sue for the anxiety this caused me, and my family!

Staff is friendly but really bad on getting back with you about anything you need. I went in for the broken denture. They looked at it and told me to wait in the waiting area. I sat for an hour but no one was available to tell me what next. So i told the front desk to call me. Its been a week and no response. Then i finally called and was put on hold for 30 mins. And still no one came online to talk to me.

This place is a ripoff all they want to do is sell invisalign. Customer beware and check the better business complaints. I’m a medical professional with a legal degree and I know how
patients are supposed to be treated. I eventually settled with Aspen’s corporate office with a favorable outcome.
