I love this location, specifically the hygienist Megan. 5 star would recommend. I’ve consistently brought my son and I to Aspen Columbus because their service is unparalleled to any other provider in my opinion. I only rated less than the five star based on the facts that my dental coverage isn’t at this time accepted, which may not fully be in their control, but when quoted for a procedure I’ve previously had and paid out of pocket for at the rate of $400, the procedure now calls for mandatory sedation, bringing the cost of a single extraction to $1800, which I feel is unreasonable. I personally never opt for anesthesia as it makes me feel unwell, but the procedure has previously been done with local numbing, and the lack of option to choose what I felt was both best for me physically and financially didn’t feel that great. All the doctors and other providers are exceptional, without question, it just kind of sucks having to find a different provider to do the same thing as going to the people I trust with my family’s dental care.

Had a very good experience! They walked me through everything, as this was my first time doing anything like this on my own. They were also very intentional and kind.

The free consulaltation that I received was merely bait to get me in the chair. I came for implants, but was told that they wouldn't give me implants without a periodontal cleaning and visaline first ( I may have misspelled those names). I took their advice, and the $4100 that they told me I would be paying soon became 2 to 3 hundred dollars every three months for a procedure that never seemed to end. The catch was, they only gave me enough trays for my teeth to last until my next appointment. At which time I would have to pay more fore the procedure that I had already payed for. Finally, I abandoned the treatment and forfeited over five thousand dollars when they asked for over $400 more for a cleaning/ check up. Watch out for hidden costs. And get this, I haven't dealt with them for almost a year. The only reason I am writing this review is because 99 cents popped up in my account this morning from Aspen dental. Wow, thanks for the customer service!!!! Oh yeah, I have seen three dentists since I went there, and none of them said anything about the cavities that The doctor said I needed to have fixed at Aspen. Get Second opinions. Or simply be wise, find a non corporate dental office....it's all about money with them. The lower level employees are great, but the business model is designed to milk you for as much as they can!!!

I went here for a new patient appointment the first time I sat in the lobby area for 2 hrs they kept telling me I was next never was seen called me to the back to say they couldn’t see me ..the second time I thought it would be better I think it was maybe 3 weeks later …but it wasn’t I signed in sat down for about 25 to 30 mins in the lobby area for them to call me back up there to say that their told them to tell me they couldn’t see me and a few more patients saying because they were short staffed also when I arrived it was already an altercation goin on with another patient the police had to be called that should’ve been my sign not to stay …..Columbus Branch….

Please, Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I went because I lost a filling one of my teeth. They gave me a 5k treatment plan. And I did not get my problem tooth taken care of.

They also filed 2 claims with my insurance company(Cigna) and took payment for each claim but state that they do not have a record of it when all of the payment confirmations were given to them. Catherine in the office insinuated that the Cigna rep did not know what she was talking about. Wouldn't there be a record from your financial institution of what was received from an insurance company??

I am begging please find somewhere else to go!!!!
UPDATE
It has been almost a year and I still waiting on repayment of the overcharges. These people are UNBELIVABLE!! My insurance company has shown several times the proof of overpayment and still no resolution.

Worst dental experience. You will walk out with a $20,000 or more treatment plan. Their goal is to make quick money. They pulled all my caps and teeth on the bottom because they said they didn’t have the means to scrape the teeth. Wound up with poor fitting dentures. Then went through a year gingivitis treatment on the top teeth just to be told on my last visit that I needed to see a periodontist. Should have seen the periodontitis first to save the teeth on the bottom. Once your teeth are gone they are gone! Told many lies by the office girls also. Felt more like going to prison versus a dental office! Changed dental offices and told they heard nothing good from other patients that went to Aspen Dental on Veterans.

Good God, Y'all. This one is a wild ride.

(I am writing this on behalf of my partner, using his account.)

This place has not only charged my card 4-5x for the same transaction, and then taken OVER A MONTH to replenish the balance, (Ex. I had an appointment that cost x amount of dollars, something around $700. My card was ran FOUR TIMES, so I was charged $2800 dollars and then had to wait almost a month, then over a month to get the credits back from them); They've done it TWICE! (I wanted to add in here - Upon the first time of this happening, the gal behind the desk let me know it had happened, and even told me "Our system does this a lot, you're not the first person this has happened to" in a very nonchalant manner. As if this is an appropriate thing to have happen?! And if you know this happens this way, why in the world would you do it??)

The amount of unprofessionalism here is absolutely unreal. They make appointments for you when you call in and request one, but somehow it slips their mind to put it into the system (that has happened twice now). Unfortunately I am not the only person either of these dilemmas have happened to, and I am positive I won't be the last.

Speaking of making and not keeping appointments; today my boyfriend went in for his appointment and not only was told that he supposedly never had an appointment for today, but that "even if he did have an appointment today, it would have been rescheduled due to it being 'New patient day'". Which was absolutely asinine to think that the front desk would schedule an appointment for a day that they know is so busy that it would have to be rescheduled anyway.

In the words of a well respected dental surgeon here in Georgia, "Aspen Dental has no interest in being anything but a chain dentist. I would NEVER recommend a patient to go there."

Please, PLEASE, heed my advice. Don't waste your money, or your time.
