Dr. Parbhoo and staff are amazing. I never liked going to the dentist, BUT since I’ve started coming to LifeSmiles a few years ago, I don’t mind! The dental hygienists and Dr. Parbhoo make you feel so comfortable and relaxed (I’m sure the massage chairs help too!). The office is very clean and welcoming too! Dr Parbhoo and his entire team are patient, caring and highly knowledgeable. They strive from day one to make your experience with them highly personalized. They have a fantastic bedside manner and do a great job making you feel at ease with needed treatment plans, even outside of typical dental work.
Our daughter has a challenging ortho case spanning over the past three years, and Dr. Parbhoo and team have been tremendous at planning and re-planning her treatment as needed, while still managing to make a self-conscious 15 y/o girl feel calm, confident and beautiful throughout the entire process.
I have an irrational fear of dental work beyond cleanings, and had an amazing sedation dentistry experience when I needed a root canal and crown.
I would highly recommend LifeSmiles of New Hope to anybody and everybody.

This dental practice appears to be owned by a Christian based upon the music they play in the office, however the actions of the dentist do not fall in line with a Christian character. I was referred to the this practice by another dentist for braces. I followed the guidance and completed the treatment. I paid what was owed, and during the course of treatment, I was advised the dentist was going to work with me towards achieving a smile again. He offered to finance the work in house and would develop a treatment plan. I called back on multiple occasions for next steps and progression towards treatment. The dentist stop responding, didn’t follow through and since removed himself from my treatment. It has been several years and I have yet to hear back about what happened, why this happened or an apology. I encourage you to avoid this practice as, while they appear they will follow through and do the right thing, remember your actions speak louder than your words.

Dr P replied to a Facebok review I left, but couldn’t even take a few moments to give me a call. I guess responding on Facebook was suppose to make me feel better.

And most importantly took care of the issues I was having in a very painless way. I have never smiled in pure amazement while leaving a dentist office. I have been seeing Dr. Parbhoo at LifeSmiles of New Hope for nearly two years now and in those two years I have seen a major improvement in my oral health as well as my general health. Parbhoo and his staff have been taking excellent care of my teeth since well before the pandemic started and follow all safety precautions to make sure not only myself, but all patients and themselves are properly protected from the virus. Needless to say, Parbhoo and his staff get a five star review from me because they care. They care about their patients having a healthy mouth, they care about patients having a healthy body and they care about their patients overall experience with them. Had it not been for Parbhoo pushing me to see my regular doctor more often, I could be going down a slippery slope with my health on the line. Not to mention, he is to credit for noticing the warning signs in me of what lead to be a moderate case of sleep apnea. He made a referral and I am ultimately sleeping better, waking up more refreshed, have lower blood pressure, I am thinking more clearly and, on top of that, my mouth is healthier than ever. Thanks to Dr. Parbhoo and his staff, I feel like I will be taken care of for years to come.
