I was very nervous about my visit. I hasn't been to the dentist in a very long time, but I was immediately put at ease! The hygienist who did my cleaning (I hate I can't remember her name😔) was awesome very nice and worked efficiently. Dr. Wallace was very detailed in how to proceed with the action plan. I was in and out in exactly an hour. Great office with very nice, personable staff! I would definitely recommend them.

After over 10 years with another great dentist inside the perimeter, I decided to make the move to a dentist closer to me. I was anxious about the change, but several friends and another one of my providers recommended Dr. Lail so I thought I'd give him a try. I appreciated the safety protocols the office had in place, and my hygienist (Alice) was phenomenal! One unexpected change was that Dr. Lail wasn't available to see me--this was a bit of a surprise since I had scheduled to be able to meet him at this first appointment (since all of the referrals I had received were to him and since this was my first visit at the practice). That being said, I know things can come up, and I did have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Callaway, who was great! I have some dental work coming up that I'm nervous about, and Dr. Callaway answered my questions and talked through options in a way that was direct and honest, which put me at ease. All in all, I'm optimistic about making the change to this practice.

As usual, the staff at Lail Family Dentistry are all friendly, yet professional. They go out of their way to see that you are comfortable and know what to expect. Dr. Slade Lail is the same. He also is friendly and will talk to you but he is professional and gets the job done. When possible he presents you with options of what needs to be done and how it can be done. I definitely would recommend the practice to my family or friends.

I have been going to this office for about two years now. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED. Every single person that is on staff is knowledgeable about their craft. Not sure about your insurance? The front desk ladies can ( at the very least) point you in the right direction. Don't understand Dental lingo? The dental assistants will break it down for you. 5 stars all around, I wish I could give it 10.
The hours are great. At one time I had to be to work at 9:30AM- 6:30PM. That is a horrible schedule as far as setting up medical/dental appointments. Not with this office. I could schedule an appointment for 7/7:30 AM and then make it to work. This was perfect as I didn't have to take not even a single hour of Vacation/ PTO/ Personal time off for an office visit. I Can't say that about any other of my health and wellness offices.
Nowadays I set my appointments for closer to 1pm or 2 pm and I still get the same warm treatment from all involved with my dental work.
