Like many people, I have been avoiding my dental check-up after COVID, but everyone at Dentistry at East Piedmont was amazing! It was still the dentist, so it wasn't exactly fun, but the technology they have makes many of the procedures way less painful (X-rays, etc.), and they are very communicative about why they are doing everything they are doing.

Be weary of upsell tactics. I initially visited for a cleaning and was told I needed a $1200 deep cleaning by the hygienist. Quite odd since the Dr told me my teeth were great. I immediately sensed shadiness so I left to never return. Thankfully I found an ethical dental practice who found I didn’t need a deep cleaning just a basic cleaning that was only $150.

Staff members are always friendly and courteous! The services that I receive are professional with an explanation of the procedures that are being performed. Lastly, there is virtually no wait time. Once you check in, you are escorted to the back within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dentistry at East Piedmont. I’ve been a patient since 2002.
