Absolutely loved this practice! Everyone was very nice from scheduling to actually coming into the office! Nikki is the absolute best! Very smart, personable, funny and knows her stuff! She was very patient and explained everything to me so I understood fully! I usually have anxiety going to the dentist but with Nikki it never even was an issue! The entire staff was great, but Nikki was my highlight! Thank you for simply being you! I could tell it was genuine.

The customer service has significantly decreased over the last 2 years. The staff cancels your appointments without notice. I had an upcoming appointment. I called to confirm 24 hours in advance only to be told that it was cancelled. This practice of cancelling appointments last minute is wide spread, even for appointments made 6 months in advance. I asked to speak with a manager and no one was available for a week. They do not value patient loyalty here. Highly unrecommended.

I never do reviews.... but, my experience with the team at Greatful dental was outstanding. Pam was my x-ray tech. And she did my cleaning. She was above all Expectations. Going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I so appreciate the extra time the team put in to my experience relaxing. I can't wait to go back and get my tooth fixed. Despite the inconvenience with my booking appointment, I was very satisfied with the cleaning of my teeth. The professional who did the cleaning was very friendly. My gums are sensitive and usually when I clean they get a little sore. This time it didn't and so I was very pleased.
