Personnel are always pleasant and professional. Cost estimates for work to be done have been substantially less than the actual billing. For instance, my recent procedure for an implant was presented to me to cost somewhere between $4,500 and $5,000. So far the cost has been in excess of $7,000 and it is not finished yet. I would prefer to have a real cost estimate so I could plan for it. Not everyone has an extra $2,000 to $3,000 just hanging around. It is be reasonable to expect an estimate to be within 10% of the actual unless there was a lot of unforeseen work to be done.

Have been seeing dr knaak for like 23+ yrs. His compassion, and concern is impeccable. Not to mention his attention to detail, his team, and the office staff are 5 star ratings as well. Today i had to see dr knaak for an unscheduled emergency visit. I was eating an bit down while chewing into something metal like. Gosh their concern on my situation was so understanding. I have to go back in a couple of weeks for a follow up. They cannot be beat anywhere
