Complete Dental of Atlanta

Its a small dental clinic, which is great for me. Everyone is so personable. I get a fresh toothbrush everytime, so I can have a travel toothbrush. The new dentist was personable and I was in and out.

Office staff is great - we love our hygienist, Kay! Dr. Chiru is terrific - very knowledgeable and patient focused. We have been patients there for many years, and she has seen all my children since they were very little. Wonderful with kids.

I am between dentists and suffered a badly broken molar while eating something hard. The broken tooth was terribly sharp and was tearing the side of my tongue to shreds. In short, I was desperate. I called an emergency dental number and found out that this practice was open at 8 am the next morning & might be able to work me in. Info was sent to Complete Dental and Camille from that office called me promptly at 8:15 the next morning. They gave me a 10:30 appt. I asked for Dr. Chiru specifically and they switched me to her with no problems. They really worked with me to get my insurance going there and I had a painless, surprisingly quick & pleasant temporary crown done. Dr. Chiru was pleasant, kind, and exuded competence. The Dental Assistant was also excellent. They took my Insurance without hassle and my out of pocket cost was reasonable. The lobby is very simple (which I actually prefer so that patients are not paying for fancy furnishings and art) but the treatment rooms are bright and airy with large windows and modern equipment. I go back in 3 weeks to have my temporary crown replaced with the permanent one and I'm also having a filling replaced that day. I will post any changes in my evaluation at that time if necessary.

Best Dentist office ever!!! I have been going to this location for over 10 years. Dr Chiru is very caring and gentle. Her staff are amazing.

I came up last minute with root canal problem on Saturday before Christmas and my vacation. The were able to take me the same date on Saturday and help me fixing a root canal, serious procedure as you can imagine . Great and friendly staff. The Doctor Chiru is professional , confident and responsible, ready to help. I can’t be with thankful enough. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need.

Ms. Kay is wonderful! She is gentle, thorough and always provides information about how best to care for your teeth. Would recommend the practice to everyone!

This is by far the WORST dental practice I've ever been to. I chose them because they offered Saturday hours. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and was then given to a "temporary" hygienist. She wanted to take X-rays, until I told her that my previous dentist had forwarded my last X-rays. Once she found the X-rays, she claimed that I had "bone loss", which was the first I time I'd ever heard this. She insisted that I needed a "Deep Cleaning", but that they couldn't do that today. When I insisted that I had scheduled a cleaning for that day, she miraculously was able to "fit me in", but said I would have to come back a second time. I scheduled the second visit as they recommended, and was told that I had to pay $98, because they hadn't checked to make sure my insurance was valid (even though they had plenty of time before the appointment). When I arrived for the second visit, I was told I was not on the schedule. When I produced their card with the correct appointment date and time on it, they told me again that they would "fit me in", and that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I told them that I would not be letting them treat me today or any other day. I then told them that my insurance company had paid them $78 of the $98 I paid, so they owed me $78. They insisted that the insurance company had only paid them $28. When I called the insurance company, they told me that this dental practice had filed the claim incorrectly, and that they would not pay any more on it. So I now have to try to get the rest of my money back from this incompetent business. I've filed a grievance with the insurance company, at their suggestion. If you'd like to go through this same process, chose this dentist.

The best dentist ever. It never hurts and they are so caring and will explain the details no matter how many times you ask. I would recommend them over and over again!!!

When Dr Chiru explained me the treatment plan I didn’t comprehend fully but while getting executed…I can definitely confirm that it’s a smooth sailing😊. Getting my confidence back in my smile slowly but steadily 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Greetings, I have revisited complete Dental of Altanta. Since my last visit. Over two years ago. To complete what I started accomplishing a beautiful smile. The service was never the all of the staff was very friendly and professional. My earlier may have reflect something other than thier professionalism... That was never my intention. My battle with periodontal disease has been costly over the years. And I could have communicatied better with the staff. So it is my apology to my dentist and her and to all other partners at Complete Dental Of Atlanta. Thank you. Look forward to my next visit.
