EXCELLENT!!! I cracked a huge piece of my molar off. I walked in to see if I could make an appointment. They took me right when I walked in, and gave me a temporary crown until my permanent one comes in. I'm so grateful! Another dentist I tried wasn't going to do anything about my tooth until a month later! Everyone was friendly! Office is new, modern and clean! I was nervous but they were reassuring! Dr. was gentle, I didn't feel any of the numbing injections that I was so nervous about! I switched my whole family to Laulani Dental! Thank you Laulani Dental! From, Aunty Rhonda.

Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist! He has a very soothing and pleasant manner. I can barely feel when he anesthesizes my teeth and gums. The office is brand new, clean, and bright. There are tvs both on the walls and on the ceiling. And the staff is friendly and accommodating. All you can ask for in a dental office!

After going to 2 other offices and leaving, I am so happy I found this place. The office is nice, new and CLEAN. This was my first visit as I know I needed work done. They discribed every thing they were doing and showed me the trouble spots. I got a care plan to take care of my issues along with quotes for payment with my insurance and it was a lot less than other offices. They are also open on Sundays. I can finally say I am happy with my new dentist and I feel comfortable finally getting the work done that I need and not feeling judged ✌🏽

I had procedure scheduled to extract a wisdom tooth. I called the morning of and asked if they could send pain meds prescription ahead of time to Walgreens so I could go home immediately after procedure. Receptionist said ok. I called fours later to follow up. SAME receptionist giggled and said she never got around to it. Then tells me standard procedure is to call in meds while I'm in surgery. I explained im by myself and didn't want to wait around forever in Walgreens. She just brushed me off. Very rude and lack of customer service. Dealing with patients might need more retraining. I asked for meds to be sent day of procedure and she acted like I asked for illegal substances. I have always been able to get meds prepped ahead of time but maybe the process was over her head. Looking at other offices who appreciate their patients and don't treat them like an inconvenience.

I was looking for a new dentist and just so happend I received their flyer in the mail. I scheduled a teeth cleaning and also a consultation for a root canal. I don't have any dental insurance so my payments will be all out of pocket. I got my teeth cleaning by Shannon :) she was awesome! Best teeth cleaning I've ever had!! She explained everything she was doing and took her time doing it! My teeth still feel nice and clean from my cleaning which was a few days ago ! My previous dentist didn't do that and I just felt like they were in a hurry to get me in and out. I really enjoyed it here! They also have so much updated equipment and a TV above you when you lay down. So awesome 👍🏻 The receptionist and dr Kim were also nice and answered all of my questions that I had :)

The service was great. They help me understand what I needed to do more on my teeth. They expressed heavily on their concern on whic particular parts of my mouths that needs to be worked on. The workers where nice, they made me comfortable as best as they could. Overall the appointment was great.

Dr. Kim is so compassionate, dedicated and kind. I felt very cared for and calmed me thru procedure. The office staff and his assistant are very caring and helpful. Excellent neighborhood dental clinic! Exceeded my highest expectations. Much better than my previous two dental clinics. Fast and convenient scheduling, no wait time on day of appointment, very professional and efficient care providers.
