The service at Dr. Miyasaki's office is always professional and we are treated with kindness. There's a family atmosphere and I always leave feeling well taken cared of and I can see and feel a change with my smile. Dr. Miyasaki and his staff are great and I highly recommend to anyone.

I intended to give a full report after my final visit. To date, I have had a consultation and four appointments thereafter. I have one more appointment to complete the work. I pay cash and expect a discount for professional dental work. I simply could not wait any longer to tell my experience.

It begins with a dental discount ad catching my attention. I did my research on Dr. David Miyasaki and his father Wilfred. I decided to put their words to the test. I can honestly say starting from walking in to their office to stepping out their front door, my experience has been nothing but amazing. David is simply top notch in his profession and I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Thank you Dr. David Miyasaki and the rest of the Downtown Dental Group staff. What I liked is that much effort was placed to make me feel welcomed, and I did feel completely welcomed during my visit. I also liked the fact that Dr. David listened to how I felt about what and how treatment for my dental health should be worked out.

Not having dental insurance I was very concerned about my financial budget. I suggested that my dental treatment be stretched out to a six month period, consisting of three sessions, so I could have some time to pay down my credit card account. Dr. David listened and understood my problem and went along with my suggested plan. The total bill was not cheap, but I think it was honest and completely fair.

I’m very pleased with Dr. David’s work and feel like I have a “new” set of teeth. I totally recommend Dr. David and his staff.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable and when I started crying they were understanding. They constantly ask if you are ok and make sure you know everything that is going to happen.

I had an Emergency and I needed to see someone right away! Dr. Miyasaki was able to see me short notice and schedule me in for a root canal. They were AMAZING. Now I'm on to better dental hygiene thanks to this group. Their Hygenist is also soo great. They are the best around. And the Darlene and the staff are wonderful!

I have known Dr. Wilfred Miyasaki and his staff for the past 11 years. I was disappointed to read the review by Chae M. on Yelp that posted on June 8, 2014. Dr. Miyasaki and his staff have sponsored "Dentists With A Heart" for many years now. They conduct this event as volunteers for those in need of dental services. They are not rude employees and provide quality service to all patients that visit their office. Dr. Miyasaki and his staff are to be commended for a job well done and I sincerely hope that the "Dentists With A Heart" Program continues for many more years.

Their office staff actually understands how to submit insurance claims. It's not just one of them that knows either. They all seem competent. It's amazing. Everyone's really friendly. No one smells bad and rests their stale cigarette scented belly on your chest while working in your mouth. I haven't accidentally been stabbed by anything or heard the dentist work in my mouth and then go "Oh.. uhh.. you know what.. we'll fix that. We won't even charge you since I don't know why it came out like this. Can you come back next week?" or "Naw, you don't need to pack this filling material in tight. This wasn't even a cavity yet anyway."

If you are seeking a warm caring atmosphere Downtown Dental is where you will find it. My daughter's teeth we terrible mostly due to medical conditons and a car accident. She was devastated at her appearance after the teeth had to come out for health reasons. Dr. DAVID MIYASAKI and staff embraced my daughter with much more than fantastic dentistry. He took the time to talk with her about her teeth and then with the help of photographs her dentures look exactly like her real teeth did. I was overwhelmed with their kindness and understanding as she has MS too. They not only put a smile on her face they put HER smile back on her face. I highly recommend this fantastic, compassionate dentisry group. You know they truly care about the outcomes their patients experience.
