They need a new receptionist. Whichever man that answered my call had me running in circles and I have him all my information when the specific location I asked about didn’t have availability for the insurance I have. He wasted my time, didn’t clearly answer my questions so I needed to ask them multiple times, and apologized for the wrong thing. I could tell he wasn’t attentive, he was just following a script or something.

Selena goes out of her way to make sure my appointments for the whole family are scheduled & helps with all of my receipt requests. Great service all around!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I came in with a swollen gum and was given a MOUTH WASH instead of antibiotics. As a result the infection spread and I ended up having my gums cut open and stitches all over my front gums! The new dentist was shocked that I wasn't prescribed antibiotics to prevent the infection from spreading.
With all the great reviews I thought surely they would try to make things right. But no! When I reached out to them and explained what happened they told me that they did everything correctly!!! They'll accept zero responsibility for the fact that Dr. Everett's inexperience resulted in a surgery with stitches when everything could have been easily prevented if he had treated it correctly. Now I'm hearing so many people telling me that this place is awful, I wish I would have known earlier!
