I had a traumatic experience with my dental work in Alaska, when I had to extract one of my tooth Dr. Leong & his staff tried all thier best to make me comfortable and made sure my pain level was down. I would like to say Thank You. And again I would highly recommend the Dental Offices of McGraw, Bellanca and Leong.

2 last minute cancellations. This last one was at 430pm for an 11am appointment the next day. It’s hard to make an appointment in my line of work and to have it rescheduled so late is terrible, especially because their office has a 48 hour cancellation policy for patients.

Scheduled to remove 1 impacted wisdom tooth.
My appointment was at 10:00 am.
After 5 hours of drilling, yanking, pulling and digging my wisdom tooth was in pieces but still lodged in my jaw. I should have told Dr. Lisa to stop after she left me the first time to go and and attend to her next appointment.
The Dr saw 2 other appointments that day. While I sat in the room waiting for her to extract my tooth. I Had a minimum of 7 X-rays done and needed novocaine in excess of 3 times during my 5+ hours of trauma.
Due to the pain, even with the 800 MG Ibuprofen I went back to the office the next day to request stronger medicine or have Dr. Bellanca look at my tooth. He was informed of my situation and avoided me. I asked for a referral to a oral surgeon and thankfully was able to secure a appointment right away.
I would give this dental office ZERO stars if not for the receptionist there. She was the only person that showed any compassion and care in that office.

My daughter went in for severe tooth pain, like, keeping her up all night.. Crying... Over medicating yourself, pain. They sent her home, twice, saying there was nothing but but inflammation. Prescribed her some medicated mouth wash, no pain medication. Went to Wahiawa dental for second opinion. They saw her filling was too close to the nerve and gave a referral for endodontist. She needed a root canal. She was in pain for a week and a half and would've been longer had I not gotten a second opinion. They have kinda gone downhill the past few years. The extra star is because the staff was nice.
