They did not check with our insurance for our coverage so we ended up paying a lot more than what we expected for copay(if there is even any)!🤦♀️ felt like it was a trap! We should have been informed before the procedure was done.. so disappointed

Thank you to the staff for implementing new safety procedures, it puts my nerves at ease to see such measures taken. Yet even with such changes there’s still a welcoming feeling! Thank you for finding a way to keep our keiki healthy and smiling!

All the workers were awesome and had PPE !!! There is a sign on the door asking patients to wait till a clerk comes to assist you. There was a door clerk who opened the door, took temperatures and seated each party in designated seats. The office ladies had a plastic shield on the front desk. I had a covid questionnaire to fill out and kept the pen. The dental hygienists had double gloves, double masks, double gowns, eyeglasses, and heavy duty face shields. Both hygienists (I had my 18 month old and my 11 year old) were so loving and friendly! I love the TVs on the ceiling to occupy the kids. When the doctor came in, he also had double everything and had new everything, even the face shield was new as he pulled it out of the plastic wrappings. There was plastic on the chairs and were taken off and a new one put on as we got up to leave. Awesome!!

My son had tooth pulled and Dr Ching did not give the novacanie time to work. My son told him he could feel pain but he told him it was just pressure he was feeling. My son is 15 years old and has had plenny of dental work so he knows the difference between pressure and pain. Not a happy mama. Would not recommend this office.
Also after the office received this the doctor called me and told me that he was the doctor and knows when things work and when they dont. Clearly everyone has different tolerance for novacanie. Some required more and some require less for it to be effective. As we tried to discuss this he kept talking over and then walked out of the room and left his staff to continue to talk to me. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
