What I love most about going to falls dental here in American Falls is being able to have access to a quality dentist that takes his time to talk to you so that you understand the procedures that need to be done. I also enjoy. The convenience of being able to get in and have an appointment is easily done so you're not having to wait for weeks to be seen.
I had a cracked tooth and they were able to get me in and smooth it out so that I could be seen the next day to have my tooth properly taken care of. I love the fact that they not only call to give you reminders but they make sure that you know things are going OK for you they are genuinely concerned about their patients and it's not all about getting money and having yourself run through like sheep like like some other offices do that I have been to.
When I am seen at Falls dental the first thing they say when I walk in is welcome and ask how can they help you, to me that shows they care about my well being .
I recently had my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken, it was great.
The dental hygienist that took care of me truly went beyond what was expected. I have a friends child with me and when I could not talk she was asking questions to keep her busy while she cleaned my teeth. When finished the Dentist came in and informed me the all was good and went over her work.
I was asked how I felt about my cleaning made a 6 month appointment got my goodie bag but they also gave one to my friends daughter, she also was alloed to pick a toy from the treasure box.
It's businesses like this that I tell others about because of the wonderful service and care that is shown to me every time I come in.

I had another cleaning today the lady was so polite knowledgeable and when doc came in asked how I had been doing and acknowledged my weight loss. When done i was thanked for coming in walked back up with hygentist and made my follow-up appointment.
It's nice to know that they treat u like family.

The staff is so polite and they're understanding of any of your needs. Dr. "stringfellow" is the best! He listens to what problems you are having and truly tries to the best of his ability to make you feel better. The receptionists and the dental assistants are just amazing ! They are all so friendly. They let you know what they are doing and make sure you understand the procedure step by step. I love knowing what is happening. I would recommend them to anyone who needed dental work of any kind. THANKS FALLS DENTAL!! You guys are the BEST!!!
