Dr. Ben Lowry and his team at Lowry Dental are exceptional. Professionalism and a friendly attitude are synonymous there. I needed to find a new dentist to go through and setup a few appointments and luckily got to see these guys first because I don’t think I could have found a better office. I had a great dental cleaning at Lowry dental. My hygienist was fabulous and I could not say enough good things about her. Dr Ben is always excellent and I appreciate the entire team's close attention to detail. They are respectful of my time and they always do great check-ins to make sure that nothing is hurting and that the experiences working for me. The billing and financial team do an excellent job of working with me in advance to make sure I am aware what my insurance will cover and what my financial responsibilities will be, and that's exactly what all of us want when we're dealing with any expenditure. I love the transparency and I also enjoy the respect everyone on the dental team shows me in that there's no upselling. I've been in practices in the past where that was a constant chronic experience, there's never any of that at Lowry dental. This is the best dental practice I've ever utilized and I'm grateful for their professionalism.

I have good teeth because I have been able to have regular dental care my whole life and they did not try to recommend anything that I don’t need. Everyone always talks about how they hate to visit the dentist, or how scary going to the dentist is for them. I've been going to Lowry Dental since I was eight years old and I can honestly say that's never been my experience. Everyone there is friendly and kind, and they treat you like family. Both my hygienist Brian and Dr. Lowry himself know me by name, know about my life circumstances and seem to genuinely care about each of their patients. If your new to Boise or looking for a dentist I strongly recommend Lowry Dental. You'll be well taken care of there.

I was just there for a cleaning. Brian, the hygienist, was great! He's very friendly and explains everything he's doing. I've seen multiple hygienists over the years, but Brian is my favorite. Dr. Brion is the reason I've been going to Lowry Dental for 22 years. I don't think I was even a patient yet, but called his office on a Friday on a recommendation when a crown fell off. He was out of the office, but called me right back and came in on his day off to reattach my crown. Friendly, efficient office.

I needed a Dentist ASAP, so a friend recommended Lowry Dental. I got an appointment in 3 days. I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming, the assistant was equally nice and the Dentist was down to earth and personable. I explained my situation and that my major dental didn't kick in for few months, so they did a couple things to get me by until then. I also explained my uneasiness of going to the Dentist so they went to work to make me feel comfortable. Needless to say, I found my Dentist.
