I have been a patient of Dr. Stephenson for well over a decade...so that should say a lot. He and his staff are meticulous, friendly, relaxed, and most of all, happy. They make a visit to the dentist a very pleasant experience.
Dr. Stephenson takes the time to explain any procedures needed and answers all of your questions honestly and succinctly. The dental hygienists do, too! They are thorough and gentle, and ask how the cleaning process is going and if I have any discomfort. The front office staff is top notch. They have always been able to answer my billing questions and help me to deal with follow up questions from my insurance company and Flexible Spending Account.
Dr. Stephenson recently completed a fairly new procedure on helping to restore some gum recession issues I'm experiencing. He explained the procedure thoroughly. I am extremely happy with the results and look forward to the additional procedures for other areas.
I greatly appreciate the care Dr. Stephenson and his staff has provided to me over the past 12 plus years.

I chose Prevention Dental when I moved to Idaho 4 years ago mainly because it was not far from where I live. What a good choice that was! Fortunately, I have only needed cleaning, x-rays and exams. I am totally satisfied with the good care the entire staff gives!

I came in to have 4 cavities filled. They somehow fit me in the next day because I waited last moment. You know you can relate. I know that was a burden to their schedule, but Dr. Stephenson made it work. He was precise with his work, and had great synergy with his assistant. I've never been entertainment by a dentist, but he and his partner in crime were legitimately were a funny duo. Front desk was polite and courteous so thanks to you too.
Face was rightly numbed up. Didn't feel a single thing. Not even the inside of my cheeks which I chewed up bubble gum style after eating some lunch (I was famished and too hungry to wait for the numbness to subside).
The visit was pleasant, and I hope my fillings do their job for a long time.

Prevention Dental is the best dental office hands down. I have been going there myself for at least 20 years. Now my kids are going there and let me just say my kids get so excited for their dental appointments. The hygienists are awesome and fun. Special shout out to my all time favorite Courtney.
