Aspen Dental

Took my wife in for an exam since they offered it free and we could get a referral to take her wisdom teeth out. When we got in for the exam, the dental assistant started checking everything out which was fine, but when the dentist came in, there followed a laundry list of issues. She was talking about periodontal treatment, root canals and a plethora of other things. We got the referral we needed and never looked back. The quote was something like $18,000 worth of dental work. We got her wisdom teeth removed and then got a second opinion for the rest of the work. She only needs 4 fillings and there are no signs of gum disease or periodontal disease. This place feels like it’s all about the money and I don’t know how they get away with misdiagnosing (looking at all the other reviews) and then preying on people with a 3rd party loan. We had to say no to the pre-qualification financing probably 6 or 7 times. 0/10 do not recommend to friends or family or strangers or anyone.

Went in with tooth ach. They wanted 10k. I visit a dentist ever 6 months. I didn't want to buy a used car. See ad on tv for a complete set of dentures for $1600. I only had one tooth. Not a good experience. Exray tech was good. Finance person should sell cars.

After cracking my upper denture at work a couple weeks ago in the middle of a phone call with a customer, I was in pain. I rushed out of work to text my husband to ask what to do. He found that aspen dental could see me on Monday morning ASAP to fix my denture. My preseption of aspen before I went in was basically in and out, we don’t care. Not only was I wrong about that, I have never in my life seen a compassionate dentist who actually cares and takes the time with each patient. Her belief is that everyone deserves her full attention to give her best customer service! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring with a “Fargo accent” (: I LOVE HER! Her staff Is just as compassionate and caring as she is. If you are willing and patient, I guarantee you will not find a more compassionate and caring dentist and staff in Kootenai County. In fact in all of my 61 years.

Aspen Dental is amazing. All so kind & make you feel comfortable and the dentist is great & fast. They respond quick with any questions & explained billing after insurance great. I highly recommend Aspen Dental

I had pain from a lower wisdom tooth, and they got me in right away with a free exam and a couple days later the tooth was removed. I dont remember the doctors name but he was from the spokane branch, but he was great to work with and made the extraction quick and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The lady in the office went above and beyond to help me get the extraction as I didn't have insurance. I will be happy to recommend friends to this office.

Pressured me into a payment plan after I needed a root canal. I had a bad feeling about the place so I decided not to get the service. They said there would be no charge (obviously, because I didn’t get the root canal) I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. Almost $3,000. They also said checking to see if I’m eligible for the payment plan wouldn’t effect my credit score, that was a lie it dropped my score. I’m constantly having to call the credit lenders to clear the issue and Not paying for this imaginary service keeps dropping my credit score. Stay away from this place.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They did not explain the terms of financing well. My husband went in for a visit andwas under the impression that there would be no interest if paid within 40 months. I called to clarify this with them, and the woman I spoke to explained that there was no interest if paid within 18 months. Which would be no problem, except that the bill is now over $4300. She explained that the 40 month financing option had interest, and stated there must have been a "miscommunication". Yeah, an expensive one. My husband came to them, hoping to take care of the absolute necessities for his oral and overall health, and I felt was completely taken advantage of.

I don’t usually leave a review but figured I’d do it just to save someone the headache. My fiancé went in and got a crown done and was told that he was covered by insurance and they actually owe him money because he was double covered...come to find out he now owes $700 because “his insurance only covers 50% of procedures” so if anyone is thinking about getting work done here..DONT. They are liars and took him 5 hours to get one crown because the dentist proceeded to switch between him and multiple other clients. Save yourself the time and the headache and go somewhere else

The pricing is very misleading online. It is not even close to the website pricing. 10k+ for extractions and dentures 19 teeth
The office manager didnt give me a price breakdown.
Felt like I was at a car dealership with the office manager puting the pricing paperwork facing down so I couldt see it.

O.k., this is what the cAdA office did to me. I made an apt., ran 39 miles to go then they tell me I have no apt. Because I was 86ed. So why did they not call and tell me I was persona non grata for writing a review of the Spokane Valley office?
I called week b4 last and got the apt. I told her the other office told me they don't offer flexi partials I asked Do U? And she said yes and gave me an apt. So..I have a hard time finding it, it's off the Shopko ok.g lot, I get there and they waste a half hour of my time trying to find me in their system. I asked 4 or 5 times to call and get my info and they called them and learned I am not welcome to trade there . Ha! 86ed.
In my review I was mild. It wasn't scathing. I am a bristley no nonsense ol girl so it's my own fault but still, they could have called and cancelled my appointment!
I researched the flexi -partials and they're like Tupperware. The material is so ok cheap so they don't last well and should be replaced within 2 years if it breaks. .
The good thing is tho they're thicker they are more comfortable.
I don't see how to do 1 for Affordable Dental on Argonne which is where I went and they did good. Accept the recept.
