Comfort Care Dental - Idaho Falls

I am terrified of dentists! Dr. Hansen and his staff were so accommodating and really talked me through everything. I was grateful they listened to what I was saying and feeling and didn't treat me like another person off the street. They took me seriously and went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and didn't feel any pain. I don't need to look for another dentist ever again!

Comfort care dental is by far the cleanist and most friendly dentist office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. As I was checking in the girls up front offered me a cookie and something to drink before they even asked me my name to check me in. As I sat down in the front I watched as a girl came out and reorganized the front and let me tell you it was already spotless I asked her why she was cleaning when it was already clean she said every 2 hours if not sooner depending on what it looks like they come out to make sure that it is perfect and comfortable. As I made way to the back I was greeted with a smile from everyone I came in counter with and just as I thought the patients rooms were cleaner then then front and just remember I said the front was spotless. The Doctor came in sat down with me and for the first few minutes just talked to me about my family and what fun things I had been up to this summer who does that I mean really. Then as we got started I was asked several times if I needed anything and if I was comfortable they talked me through everything very informative never once did I wonder what was going on. It was a great experience anybody that says this place was nothing but the best is crazy. The office was immaculate, the staff was very friendly, and the doctors were amazing if you don’t agree with this review then obviously you have never been there before thank you very much Dr. Harper, Dr. Hansen and the rest of the Comfort Care Dental staff.

UPDATE: The owner (Dr Harris) called me on Saturday 2/7 (minutes after my review) to make things right. On Monday 2/9 around 930 AM I got refunded the extra portion I paid. I have always had good experiences with the doctors there and I am glad that they were able to fix the front desk trouble so fast!!! This has just reassured that they take my business seriously and they DO CARE for the one despite having so many patients. I will keep my business with Comfort Care Dental. They do deserve their 5 stars.

Friday 2/6: A Dental Assistant/Hygienist was going to DRILL a hole in my teeth to treat a cavity that does not exist just because I told them during a cleaning visit that the grooves of my molars were darker than the teeth in front of them. After I raised concerns about the unnecessary rough procedure, she called Dr Hansen and he confirmed it was unnecessary and they ended just cleaning the grooves and putting some white material to smooth the grooves out. The front desk still charged me the same as if they had done the cavity thing!!

I went in for a cleaning, X-ray and exam...the whole team was so awesome! They were so friendly and made sure I felt comfortable! The hygienist Amber and I laughed the whole time... it felt like I was at a comedy club or something, so much fun!! Thank you Comfort Care!!🤗

I hadn't seen a dentist for about 5 yrs due to relocating so often and when my tooth pain became too much to bear I realized I'd need a root canal done as soon as possible. Not having a recent dental record wasn't a problem with comfort care dental. They got me set up, checked out and scheduled for the procedure in a very timely manner! Turns out they found other work that needed to be done and I was hesitant to schedule more procedures as my insurance wasn't covering much of the cost. Their finance lady was very understanding of this and was happy to help set up a payment plan I could afford. I'm on my way to healthier teeth and I feel good about remaining in comfort care dental's hands!

Went in with severe pain Dr. Harper and his staff were amazing, they made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed before doing any work. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has anxiety or fears when it comes to the dentist. Thank you comfort care dental.

Just left their office and I'm a first time customer. I had my two kids with me who also had appointments. The staff was AMAZING!! They took awesome care of me and the kiddos. They were very good about letting me know about up front costs. I will definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone!
