This place offers top-grade dental care. The dentist and staff are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in order to make sure that not only my dental needs were met, but my insurance situation was understood as well. I have neglected my oral health for several years. But with the wonderful help of this dentist and his very knowledgeable staff my teeth and gums are now recovered and well on their way to a healthy and satisfying life. I would also like to state that considering what the service was that I had performed the price charged was very fair and within the market structure and value of the Magic Valley. We LOVE Dr. Shepherd and his staff! Today my 3 year old had his first ever dentist appointment. Mollee, the hygienist, was AMAZING with him. She showed him how everything worked and even let him pick a song to play, he chose the chicken nugget song. 🤣
Dr. Shepherd is thorough and kind and great at what he does! We are new to the area and our whole family has been in. We are so happy to have found such a great dental office.

Dr. Shepherd and his team are so amazing! From day one, there has aways been exceptional service. I had my wisdom teeth removed and had a harder time than most with the pain, but doc was ready and willing to help, even at 10pm. Dr. Shepherd does exceptionally well with patients, even with those that have dental anxiety. My husband has never found a dentist he likes, but now refuses to go anywhere else. 110% will always recommend Dr. Shepherd!
