When I moved to Parma, I needed to find a new dentist. I had been with my previous dental office for 30 years and they were like family. I decided to try Trailridge Family Dental and have been delighted ever since. They take excellent care of my teeth and are extremely friendly. I referred my son to them for help ASAP. He had been putting off going and had many problems. He couldn't believe what a great office they were and how they were able to help him.

Both my husband and I had crowns placed by Dr. Stevenson. We both had pain from those crowns (mine placed in October 2018 and my husband's in early July 2019). After being told my out of pocket for said crown would be $25, I opted for the crown instead of replacing the filling I had lost, per Dr. Stevenson's suggestion. Imagine my surprise when I received a $500 + bill a month later! The office staff had 'conveniently' not listened to me for the last year & a half when I would tell them upon arrival that I no longer had dental insurance through my husband and only had my own. The quoted me a crown based on my being double covered, which I wasn't, but they never listened to me. Receiving the $500 bill was the last straw and I found a new dentist for my next cleaning and saw him. He had me request the x-rays that were taken at my last visit AFTER the crown was placed. It was quite obvious that the cement used to place the crown was not completely cleaned off the outer aspect of my tooth and had made an abscess in my gum and caused another cavity on the tooth where the cement was touching it. Also, the crown was not even put on correctly, part of the filing is sticking out below the crown. Needless to say, I am livid.
My husband saw our new dentist regarding pain with his crown placed in July by Dr. Stevenson. He went back for a follow up appointment and saw Dr. Leininger. He told Dr. Leininger that he was having pain at the site of the crown. He was ignored. No x-rays were done. Our new dentist did multiple x-rays and found the crown and a 'rod' placed in the tooth was placed incorrectly and now the entire tooth must be removed. My husband paid over $500 out of pocket for the shoddy work. Now he has to pay again to get this corrected. Needless to say, we will be alerting our insurance company about the poor dental work and the fact we are both going to have to have the crowns removed and more work done to repair the damage caused by Dr. Stevenson. We are LIVID.

Needed an emergency extraction. Within a half hour from calling they had me in. I was a new patient so that's kinda cool, also when you arrive they have a gift and card for you. Shelia took me around the office showing and explaining everything to me. Great staff, great docs and I'll be going back and recommending them.

Every time I come into Trailridge, I always feel welcome and at home. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from Kuna, ID all the way to Parma,ID because they are THAT awesome! It is super clean and it’s decorated cute but professional with great music playing and it smells good always. I highly recommend trying Trailridge. You won’t regret it I promise!! A handful of my family members and friends come here as well and love it.

These guys are amazing here at trailridge family dental. My husband needed a tooth removed ASAP, they got him in same day as a new patient and then treated us like family. If you are looking for a great dentist office these guys are the best we’ve been to.
