Passing through town when my wife's crown fell out, they were able to get her in same day! The entire staff was extremely nice and Dr. Barlow was more than fair. Highly recommend this office!

Do not go here, if you have a concern or complaint the Dentist and his Receptionist will make false statements against you.
Read the response he makes to me. All lies. It is scary to deal with him. I am very composed in my demeanor, and thus, presented facts about the best treatment for me; he became very upset.
I since have found a professional Dentist who appreciates his patients.
Beware..and again read his responses.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I just went in for a check-up. I was there for about 45 minutes total. That includes the 10 minutes filling out insurance forms etc. They took x-rays and showed me what was going on. Great experience.

My daughter had to get fillings in a couple of teeth the dentist was so rude to her. He snapped at her several times telling her to STOP crying and moving. Well dont pinch her lip into her tooth and she wouldnt cry or move. She is 6. Might need to work on patience with children if there scared and not use to you. I will not be recommending this dentist.

I responded to a mailer ad from Riverrock Dental that advertised "Free Whitening,' a $300 value. I went there specifically for this offer. What I actually received was take-home teeth whitening gel, which can be purchased at any dental office or Amazon for less than $30. Misleading advertising.
In response to RiverRock Dental saying they are sorry the 'free stuff' I received didn't live up to my expectations. That isn't the issue. The issue was deceptive advertising, a bait and switch; advertising a $300 value for "Free Whitening' and the patient (me) actually receiving whitening gel, worth less than $30. I recommend RiverRock Dental not continue to advertise FREE Whitening ($300 value) unless the service advertised is provided. It's not complicated. I just received an unsolicited mailer that includes that same offer.

Was having extremely painful tooth problem due to a lost filling. When asking for help with a slight filling down of the edges, to avoid curating my tongue due to anxiety issues, I was informed the dentist would have a problem helping me. You see, it was explained to me, the Medicaid insurance I was covered with would not pay for the procedure....therefore the dentist wanted to charge me a fee of $128. This was way beyond my SSI budget!!I would like to mention that River Rock Dental lies. I went to better Family-friendly, Family Health Services. Where I was x-rayed and examined by a qualified Dentist, then informed that both where covered by my insurance. The fact that the dentist slightly filed my tooth, which was discovered to be the appropriate temporary fix through the exam (AGAIN FULLY PAID FOR) and the X-rays (ONCE AGAIN FULLY PAID FOR) THEY THEN INFORMED ME IT WOULDN'T COST, DUE TO THE MINIMAL EXTENT OF THE PROCEDURE, AND WHICH SEEMED TO BE THE VERY HUMAIN THING TO DUE SEEING AS HOW BOTH PREVIOUS WHERE COMPLETELY PAID FOR BY MY INSURANCE!!!!! Therefore it was discovered that THE FILING must be to taxing on RIVER ROCK AND THEREFORE REQUIRED $128.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best dentist office my family and I have ever been to. The staff is outstanding with explaining procedures, and executing them in a timely fashion. I feel a like they are friends when my kids and I come in for a visit.
