My first time at Sawtooth Dental, I was impressed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, as well as the state-of-the-art equipment. This time, my fourth visit, and during the COVID pandemic, the staff was extremely efficient and sincerely concerned about sanitizing everything which made me very comfortable during my entire visit.

I previously had the same dentist for probably about 10 years, and it was the family dentist, but I never liked them. My teeth were always sensitive, they talked bad about my teeth in earshot, overall this other place was not great. When I was having terrible tooth pain a little over a year ago the only place open at that time (right at Christmas time) was Sawtooth. I needed a root canal, they recommended a great specialist, I never felt a thing, it was amazing. I have had really poor habits concerning cleaning my teeth in the past, and Sawtooth makes me want to do better to impress them, which is probably a little strange. But I have never had a problem with them. And they are the nicest people ever, and really care for you as a person. If you're looking for a new dentist, I suggest them.

So I’ve been having toothache for a long time and went to see a couple dental offices hoping they can fix my toothache problem. Both dental offices have failed me except Sawtooth Dental in Twin Falls. I forgot the dentist name but his good. I would really recommend this dental office to fix you guys toothaches. I will definitely come back there and be my permanent dental office!
He fixed the cracks of my temporary crown that Scott have missed during the procedure. I wished I have known this guys before everything happened because I could have save a lot of money. Rather than spending too much of getting the bridge done. I could have avoided too much antibiotics and pain reliver meds. Thank you so much Sawtooth dental by far you guys rock!

Dr. Thomas was friendly and professional as usual. Kim was awesome. I felt my dental hygienist didn't listen to me. I told her something and then clarified it with her when she incorrectly repeated it back to me and then still relayed info. to doctor wrong. I didn't feel the friendly I usually feel with my hygienist. But still thanks for an awesome visit!

The dentist and his assistant were very disrespectful. Assistant kept trying to do Xrays and slammed in into my mouth multiple times after I told her she was hurting me. I’m a recovering drug addict and the dentist was very hesitant on prescribing me some type of medication for the pain thinking I was going to abuse it. I pride myself in my sobriety and I understand the reluctance doctors have in these situations but to belittle me and treat me like a junkie is uncalled for.

Friendly and professional. Very efficient. I’ve never waited long for my scheduled appointments in four years. I love that they see me on Saturdays so I don’t have to miss work. They even worked my wife in on the same day she called about a chipped tooth!

Dr. Sorenson and his awesome assistant worked on my broken/cracked Veneer tooth, and replaced with a temporary Crown.... pain free. Would recommend them for all of your dental needs! :-) Everyone in the office is very pleasant.
