Cambridge Dental Care

First time visit and it was awesome. Dr. Ben listened to all my concerns and explained everything really well. Dental ast was very nice, gentle and informative. Finally found a dentist i look forward going back to.

I was in and out in 30 minutes for a filling . And had a good time too! Painless and quick !

I had a wonderdul root canal. Never did I think I'd say it but it was painless, fast, and the staff were especially nice! They got me in for an exam and treatment all in the same week to get me out of pain and one of the assistants, Mallory, took extra time to make sure my tooth turned out even prettier than before! Both her and the girl training with her, Alex, were so so nice I asked to see them again for my follow up! You'll love it if you go, they just made it all so easy! :)

They were great at explaining what they were going to do.

As always, another pleasant experience. Like most people, I would rate visiting the dentist one of my least favorite activities. However, even when I’ve had extensive dental work done, Cambridge Dental has always made it as easy and comfortable as possible.

I was contacted to see if i could come in earlier. So did reschedule for 30 minutes early. No one checked up on me or apologized. I ended up waiting in the waiting room till almost my original appt time. One in the chair i was left waiting for 30 minutes. In all this was the loongest appt i have ever had. I ended leaving 1 hour 20 minutes later from my new early appointment. Time costs me and pther customers money. I dont have the “free time” for an extended wait. Appointments should be kept by both the paitent and Doctor.

Very pleasant & friendly dental assistants and office staff. They explain the procedure beforehand to help you be at ease.
Only thing I think they can improve on is to explain the charges & insurance coverage for those procedures beforehand. I was utterly shocked when I checked out & was asked to pay $$$$ WITH dental insurance 😥😮😲🤯.
I would & will recommend Cambridge. Overall very happy & satisfied patient.

I absolutely love Cambridge Dental! Dr. Ben is extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I’m pretty sure I’ve met everyone who works at the front desk and possibly all of the dental assistants over the past few years that I’ve been going to Cambridge Dental and I can honestly say that they always have a smile on their face, each of them are very kind and they are all very pleasant when working on me. (They’re the same way over the phone 🙂). I really feel like this is a rarity in this day and age. On top of all of this, the office is very clean and I might add, very modern. GO CAMBRIDGE GO! You guys rock!! ❤️😁

I used to love this dentist, and gave him a 4 star review. However, some things have definitely changed and unfortunately my satisfaction has suffered. I'm not sure if Brubaker is overbooking to catch up from covid, or just significantly increased his prices. I left his practice after several years of patronage. Prices too high, bookings are too difficult, among other issues. I won't return.

Dr. Brubaker is a wonderful doctor along with his office and staff. Very nice friendly people. They are extremely concerned for you and your comfort. I loved the complete concern about my personal comfort level. They are by far the nicest dental office I have been to. This dentist is a keeper. What a blessing to finally find a great dentist.
