This was my first appointment with Dr. Gallos and his team. I must admit, they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Gallos is very professional and personable. He explains everything thoroughly. The ladies in the office are very polite. The office is very nice and extremely clean. Dr. Gallos and his team made me feel very comfortable. I’ve already made appointments for my boys. We will continue to see Dr. Gallos for our dental care. Great experience from beginning to end!!

The staff is very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain the careplan. I called the night before a left a message regarding issues I was having , I received a call first thing in the morning to schedule the appointment. The staff is very professional and responsive to me needs. It is always a pleasure to talk to Dr Gallos his relaxed manner that makes you feel comfortable.

My hygenist was terrific. She explained everything she was doing as she went along. She was very gentile. Very friendly, also. I appreciated all the safety measures to keep patients safe from the virus. As far as Dr. G, he’s the best! I recommend Heritage Grove whenever someone is looking for a new dentist. He is highly trained in his field of dentistry and is understanding and personable. He listened to my concerns and offered me clear options and solutions. My treatment went smoothly and pain free. They are amazing. The whole staff is very kind and comforting. I had my first time appointment for an emergency tooth pain while being 7 months pregnant and they took care of me so well. Love this dental office! Dr Gallos and his staff were so kind and welcoming. With being new to the area, it is a sense of relief to have found a great dentist on the first try. To top it off, they even sent a hand written card to our young son after his visit. Such a nice personal touch. I am one that gets anxious for dental appointments, but Dr Gallos is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I just had my first visit with Heritage Grove Family Dental and I was very impressed with the whole staff. From the front office, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Gallos himself. They were all kind and Rachel explained everything she was doing to my teeth throughout my whole visit.
