All Family Dental and Braces

Took all 4 of my children for a cleaning/check up. It was great! Appointments were running on time and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in answering my questions.

First appointment was very impressive. Before I could even think of any questions they had already answered them! Very clean and up to date office. Employees are on point, which is the biggest tell all there is! Loved the Oral Surgeon, he had a fabulous manner about him that made my daughter comfortable!

My son was the patient. Excellent dentist. Would highly recommend to everyone. Friendly atmosphere, caring staff and so very knowledgeable . You are all miracle workers. He was very nervous because the week before a different dental office cracked his wisdom tooth. After that he was in pain and very afraid to go to another dentist. They put him at ease and now he tells everyone about the awesome dentist he had who fixed his mouth .

When I went there I was extremely Satisfied with the way my dentist and people took care of me. I didn't say much and they didn't know much about me. Yet, we went over my treatment options and my procedure went well. They wasn't even my primary go to,, so that's why I give it my 5-star rating.

Great with my kids! We got into our appointment 20 minutes early too!

So far so good! There is a waiting period but totally cool with any and all protocol for the pandemic we're all in. I came with my young adult Son to receive consultation on getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. He has such anxiety about things but he felt this would be an "Ok place to get them out..I guess" ..that is HUGE for him to say! He has SKIPPED appointments for the fear and anxiety he has about dentist offices. Was there in the parking lot and left before too:( So yes I give this place 5 stars. So far so good ;) Thank you to staff and Dr. Gonzales. Only complaint is a lady was in there with out a mask. Had it in her hand but not on her face. I would suggest to the people that come in with out masks to put them on. It would make ALL patients more comfortable with being out in this crazy world right now. Be assertive and tell them they HAVE to wear it in your place of business. I receiveed an email stating that that's the policy. As a business I would make them leave if they don't have one on or give them one. Just advice given. Take it or leave it:)

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The worst dental experience for my child. The only reason why I went to this office is because our insurance changed and our old dentist was not in network. I would rather pay out of pocket (which I decided to do) then give this All Family Dental a dime. They didn’t even try to make the experience enjoyable for my child, it was rushed, they were impatient, made my child cry, and rude. My daughter has NEVER been scared of the dentist until this experience.

I took my granddaughter to get a tooth pulled, and she was nervous & scared. The staff were so gentle and reassuring, walking her through it, and explaining everything. She did great and was happy afterward. She said she wont be afraid to get a tooth pulled again, as long as they do it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Messed up my appointments twice with misinformation, and cancelled my surgery appointment THE DAY before when I had already taken time off work. Literally horrible service would never recommend anyone to come, especially from all the way out of town. My wisdom teeth have been impacted for months and they could care less they will still schedule you a month out.

My kids and I all needed braces and we found that All Family had some of the best rates around. The problems I experienced with them was with their scheduling and billing folks. Nearly every time I went in I had to correct auto-pay errors, correct insurance issues, fix incorrect information they had on my account, or I would show up for an appointment to be told that they tried to reach me to reschedule and I wasted my time driving out.

I took the day off from work last week (Mar 23) to make my early appointment to get my braces removed. Once I got there I was informed that my appointment was cancelled. They claimed they tried calling me. I was then informed they wouldn't be able to get me in until June 29th. I am now looking for another ortho to remove my braces and do my retainers. Another expense.

I wish I had paid more and given my business to an ortho that values its customer's time.

Edit- Lowered to a one star. Since my initial review I've had even more issues with their billing. Auto pay that they can't seem to ever get working correctly. This week they double charged my account for a single bill, removing over $1200 from my bank account. I'd never recommend this business to anyone.
