I usually hate the dentist, but the ladies here at Pearly Whites make every trip as painless as possible,:-) haha!! Thank you so much for dealing with me, and being there when I need you!

I couldn't ask for a better place and people to care for my teeth! Dr. Jain and staff do their absolute best to make each visit pleasant and pain free which I am very thankful for. They take the time to clearly communicate what needs to be done and help me understand it too. Thank you for your work and dedication. I really appreciate it!

Great clean office with super nice employees, dental work is excellent and very thorough, Dr. Jain is very good at explaining why it was so important, she was thorough with her cleaning too, I can tell she's genuinely interested in her patient's health, Truly a very empathetic and kind hearted person.

Love Love Love....Did I mention "I LOVE THIS office"??? Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the wonderful dentist performing the service are absolutely AMAZING. They make you feel like you're right at home opposed to being in an office. Every appointment is a true pleasure...I would highly recommend this office for ANY type of dental procedure you may encounter....The "entire" staff ROCKS

Our family has been visiting Pearly Whites for 5 years. Pearly Whites is a super friendly practice.
They do so many services onsite. Hopefully you only need cleanings. :)
Visit them if you need a cavity fixed, a kids exam for school, invisalign or cosmetic work to make your smile the best.
The location in the center of Schaumburg and is a nice walking location.. there is a nice park with fountain, an Oberweis for ice cream and the giant Schaumburg library.

I had a great experience at Pearly Whites Dentistry. The doctor and her subordinates were very considerate and took good care of me. Previously I didn't have good experience with dentists, but at Pearly White Dentistry they make we feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Pearly White Dentistry.

Dr. Jain and her staff will go above and beyond to meet your dentistry needs. Dr. Jain came in to work on her very own birthday to finish a procedure for me before I went back to school. I was awestruck at this and challenge you to find a better dental office.

Pearly Whites Dental Care is by far the absolute worst dentist that I have ever gone to. I recently switched insurance policies at work, and was referred to Pearly Whites Dental Care by 1-800-DENTIST. When I went to my cleaning and x-ray appointment, they needed to split it into two separate 1 1/2 hour appointments because they took so long to look at my teeth. The person doing the x-ray process was incompetent and the x-rays were actually painful to get. At my second appointment, they finally got to the cleaning portion of the visit. Dr. Jain said that I had 14 cavities (I went back to my old dentist for a second opinion where he stated that I had one cavity). They are just looking to make money!!

The kicker came when i got the bill for the cleaning and xrays - $397.50!! When I called the office assuming this was a mistake, they then told me that I was 'out of network'. Why this was not brought to my attention when I called in to make the appointment or when I attended my FIRST cleaning appointment, is ridiculous. The receptionist was rude when I contacted them, and said that it was entirely my fault that I was not informed that I was out of network. When I tried to work out a lesser price with them, they were unwilling to budge.

I cannot stress enough, do not go to this dentist. I have filed a complaint with the District Attorney regarding their horrible business practices. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Almost 2 years ago I called 1-800-Dentist and was referred to Pearly Whites Dentistry. I needed some, if not, a lot of work done. On my 1st visit, I found her office to be quite cozy and full of people that cared. Upon meeting Dr. Jain, I saw that she was as personable and kind as can be. She was understanding to my situation. She gave me the knowledge, and know how, as to what I needed to do, to get to where I wanted and needed to be with my oral care.
For starters, we came up with a game plan as to what was needed of me, and what she can do to get me on the road to achieving and maintaining a healthy mouth. She first recommended me to a really good oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. After a smooth and successful recovery, she took care of my cavities and gave me great instruction as to what to do to maintain healthy teeth AND gums, i.e. how to brush and floss, what kind of toothbrush to use, reviewed eating habits, brushing and flossing habits, etc. We then set up followup appoinments to maintain and keep track of our progression. In between check ups, I kept my promise and brushed and flossed when I needed to.
Here we are today. After 2 years of visiting Pearly Whites and keeping up my end up by brushing and flossing regularly, I came out of the office with a "Clean bill of health" so to speak. (Thanks for the sticker Doc). Minimal to no tartar buildup, WHITER TEETH, nice pink (not red) healthy gums, and no cavities. Please note that I do not have the healthiest habits in the world but with Dr. Jain and her staff's help, I am proud to say that my mouth has never been so healthy. In the past I have found that when I don't drink or eat anything for a long while, my mouth tends to develop an unpleasant taste and bad breath. Not anymore!!! (I think the flossing took care of that).Thanks to Dr. Jain and her staff for everything you all have done for me. Her future clients will be fortunate to have her as a Dentist.

She's the best and good advisor ! Whatever the problem is at anytime she takes the best care of it. She's having the most gentle hands.. Our whole family comes to see drjain. So I recommend her to everyone!!
